It is well positioned for visiting a wealth of National Trust properties.

Stay in a converted stable with a mixture of modern and vintage features, next to vineyard. Very comfortable and spacious with vaulted ceilings in all rooms. Three bedrooms and one bathroom. A very roomy kitchen / living area. Kitchen is equipped and there's dishwasher and washing/drying machine. Is close to Tunbridge Wells, Rotherfield, Sissinghurst, Goudhurst, Chartwell House, Hever Castle, Great views and Forest close buy. Vineyard - walk possible to visit if agreed.

The Old Cowshed

White interiors with original mid century furniture, with splashes of colour in a converted cowshed. Outside you have access to miles walks of walks on your doorstep, including to the excellent local pubs. Perfectly placed for Penshurst Place, Hever Castle and the many other delights Kent offers.

The Old Apple Store

A lovely renovated old apple store in Kent. Featuring a pretty double bedroom and mezzanine floor with futon. Guests have their own garden to enjoy in the summer or a wood burner inside to cosy up to in winter. Situated in the countryside, a short drive to Tunbridge Wells. There are a huge range of activities and sights nearby including the lovely Penshurst Place. There are also so many fantastic places to eat and drink giving guests a lot of options to keep busy.

Beautiful Countryside Cottage

Perfectly presented picture postcard cottage, on the edge of the Ashdown Forest, the inspiration for the Winnie-The-Pooh books and 3 minutes drive to the historic village of Hartfield for the village store, Pooh Corner tea rooms, pubs and farm shop. This is a great location to explore the Kent & Sussex countryside. The spa town of Royal Tunbridge Wells is a 20 minute drive and only 45 minutes to the South Coast. We are family friendly.

The Granary, Organic Vineyard stay with Pool.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
