The annex is a charming renovated self-contained studio apartment which provides a cosy & comfortable base to enjoy the surrounding Cotswolds countryside & villages. Set on the edge of the village in a quiet location with good access roads. A local pub & village shop within walking distance. There are a broad range of activities within the Cotswolds lakes such as plenty of walks nearby including the Thames path & bird watching points. 10 min drive away is Cirencester a vibrant market town.

Situated in the beautiful grounds of our family home, where you can relax and enjoy a real escape to the country surrounded by wildlife. Located on the outskirts of the small village of Minety. Stylish & cosy, this refurbusished byre is an ideal place for enjoying your precious down time. The perfect location for visiting the beautiful Cotswolds, the Cotswold water parks and surrounding areas. NO SMOKING!

This Ndoro Carriage is so romantic! It has that fabulous feeling of being cozy yet spacious... A true delight with a cabin bedroom, where you can watch the wildlife stroll across the field. The kitchenette has all the facilities you’re likely to need, with bistro table. Theres a snuggly sofa to enjoy the view, curl up and read a book. Outside, there's a private patio where you can sip your wine and watch the sun go down. Do come and enjoy our Natural Pool, it’s an amazing experience!

The Apartment

"The Apartment" is a self contained 1 bedroom detached apartment. It is set within 2 acres of land and is adjacent to the owners own 1830's Georgian home. "The Apartment's" French doors open up to a covered veranda which overlooks a 1/3 of an acre of Orchard, boasting fruit trees of plums, pears & apples .To the side there is also Hot Tub. During your stay you have sole use of this private area and Hot Tub .Guest may want to bring flip flops as the Hot Tub is sat on Cotswold stones.

Welcome to our modern yet cosy Mews House! We’d love you to come and visit the beautiful Cotswolds from our quiet retreat. The Mews is fully equipped with a kitchen, shower room, King Size bed and wood burning stove to keep you warm and provide an ideal location to relax and enjoy your own choice of food. We have everything you’ll need including oven, microwave, dishwasher, and we will gladly help with anything you might need during your stay. We look forward to welcoming you!

Country Coach-house

Situated just 5 minutes drive from historic Malmesbury, a self-contained studio coach house, ideal for exploring the beautiful Cotswolds. The coach house includes a kingsize bed, sofa, TV, Wi-fi and separate shower room. The kitchen area has an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and wine cooler. There is a large secluded garden for your own use, seating area and car parking. We are also a 10 minute walk (or a 2 minute car drive) from the popular Horse & Groom Pub.

Our idyllic cottage is set on the edge of Minchinhampton Common (located in an AONB) and with miles of footpaths which are perfect for those wishing to explore the Cotswolds. This beautiful cottage exudes an aura of peace and tranquillity and a haven for those wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of a busy life.

The Old Bakery At The Grange

Perfectly located for RIAT, being walking distance from the Green Entry Point, The Old Bakery At The Grange is an ideal cottage for exploring all that the Cotswolds has to offer whatever the season. We are a few minutes’ walk away from The Old Spotted Cow pub. The cottage is full of country character and the interiors reflect our love of travel. Due to the character features of the cottage, it is unsuitable for very young toddlers and those unsteady on their feet.

Hill Farm Shepherds Hut is located in the corner of a 15 acre field with uninterrupted views of the countryside, where you can while away the evening stargazing. A great place to relax and unwind with the use of a wood fired hot tub. Additional charge for use of hot tub £20 for your stay, includes all wood. The hut is very private with its own track and parking.
