Beautiful view of the mountain peaks, meadows, pine trees and larchs. From the house you can make wonderful walks to the Maienfelderfurga, Schwifurga, Bärenalm, Stafelalp and Wiesen. Alpine skiing and mountain biking is also fantastic here. The house is located opposite the Rinerhorn, you can easily walk or drive to the ski lift .

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Hochparterre eines 1937 erbauten Walserhauses und wurde 2019 sanft renoviert. Der Charme der 80er Jahre wurde erhalten und mit Elementen der Neuzeit ergänzt. Entsprechend der traditionellen Bauweise (Familienhaus) ist das Haus von aussen wie von innen nicht schalldicht. Heisst; die Mitbewohner sind punktuell (mal mehr, mal weniger)hörbar. Daher bitten wir die jeweiligen Mieter sich rücksichtsvoll zu verhalten und beim Walzer tanzen etwas leiser zu sein :)

Nur zu Fuss erreichbar in ca. 1 Std. ab Privatstrasse (Jeton CHF 20.- pro Einfahrt, Parkplatz inklusive) oder 2,5 Std. ab Bahnhof Intragna. - Trinkwasser & Toilette im Freien (Plastikfass ohne Wasserspühlung). - Kein Strom aber Handyempfang ok - Holz zum Kochen im Wald sammeln und für Nachfolger bereit stellen. - Der Einfachheit entsprechend ist das Haus durch die Gäste selbst zu reinigen !👌

Die Wohnung ist lim zweiten Stock unseres Holzhauses und ist liebevoll im holzstill erhalten und restauriert worden. Sie ist einfach und stilvoll eingerichtet, dass man sich gleich zuhause in der Ferne fühlt. Sie ist geräumig und bietet einen grossen Balkon mit unglaublicher Aussicht über das Prättigau mit Blick auf Klosters hinten im Tal. Das Haus ist am Südhang gebaut und geniesst viele Sonnenstunden. Ruhe und Frieden sind hier garantiert! Am komfortabelsten geeignet für 4 Gäste.
