Our cottage is located in Ayden, NC. A quaint, step-back-in-time, family-oriented, small town, that is growing! We are approximately situated 1/2 way between Greenville and Kinston. Close to East Carolina University, Vident hospital system, Pitt Community College, and the airport. We enjoy rural life and love to share the hidden gems in and around our town. We invite guests to slow down and relax on the porch or use the fully equipped backyard grill for a BBQ.

Designed with you in mind, to rest and refresh. This home can accommodate up to 12 guest and has you 10 minutes away from East Carolina's Football Stadium/Athletic Facilities and the main campus as well as being less than 5 minutes away from Vidant's Medical district & ECU's Brody School of Medicine. If you’re here to visit a student , business professional, traveling nurse, or just coming into town for a sports game, then you’ve found the perfect spot.

Dockside Daze/Riverfront/Sunday checkout 5pm

Dockside Daze is a beautiful waterfront home overlooking the Neuse River. Relax on the back deck with a glass of wine while watching the sunset view of the New Bern skyline. It’s just a five-minute drive to historic downtown New Bern where you will find great restaurants and plenty of unique, local shops. This property does not have sufficient parking for trailers. Due to allergies, no pets. Check out 5:00pm Sundays only.
