Arrêts de bus et stations de vélos électriques très proches (200m). L'appartement dispose d'un balcon exposé plein sud, d'une cuisine équipée ouverte sur un grand salon-séjour, d'une chambre, d'une salle de bains avec baignoire ainsi que d'un WC séparé. Ascenseur et parking. Forêt « Bambesch », épicerie, police, poste, station essence à 500m. Pharmacie à 50m.

L'autoroute E411 Bruxelles/Luxembourg est accessible à 5 minutes, ainsi que le centre commercial de l'Hydrion. Pour les adeptes de balades en pleine nature, la vallée de l'Attert et la forêt d'Anlier sont à quelques minutes en voiture.

Welcome to our cozy Tiny Cabin in the Woods – a charming retreat where comfort and tranquility await! Inside, you’ll find a queen-size bed, a comfy bathroom, a coffee machine, wifi, and a Bose speaker for your favorite tunes. The cabin’s private patio offers outdoor chairs for you to relax. There’s no kitchen, but plenty of great places to explore nearby. Just 15-30 minutes by bus from the city center, Kirchberg, or the train station. Plus, public transport in Luxembourg is free!

Studio indépendant à Arlon. Proche de la frontière luxembourgeoise, au calme dans un écrin de verdure. Sas d'entrée pour vélo, parking facile dans la rue. Il est plus facile de se déplacer aux alentours du studio en voiture ( rue en côte, peu de bus) Nous habitons dans la maison attenant au studio (indépendant) et sommes donc présents pour vous aider en cas de besoin. Gare d'Arlon à 2km Frontière luxembourgeoise à 2km, Luxembourg Ville à 32km Le studio fait environ 25m carré.

Well situated, recently refurbished, ground floor studio apartment in the charming and quiet area of Dommeldange. There is a free parking space on site, as well as an outside terrace to enjoy (also for the smokers). The TV has a guest Netflix account and the wifi signal is good. There are a few good local restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance however there are excellent transport links to get you into the city as the train station and bus stops are 2min away.
