Enjoy the outdoor with a fire pit and enjoy Tampa’s sunsets, surrounded by the calm and serenity of a spring fed lake. NOTE: Parties/gatherings/weddings or any kind of event are NOT allowed in this home.

Dogs okay, sorry no cats, pet fee $50.

We are less than 15 minutes to Zoo Tampa and Raymond James Stadium and about an hour to the beaches. Relax on the large covered front porch after a day of activities. No pets. No smoking/vaping in the house. No parties.

This is a relaxing place for a couple, a clean, organized, and cozy place for work or vacation. If you want to enjoy the sunshine state, you are more than welcome to come and visit us. The place is private and has its own entrance where guests could get in and out at their own convenience. The entrance door has a smart lock, the code, and the check-in instructions will be given on the same day two hours before the check-in. The check-in will be at 3 pm and the check-out at 11 am.
