Ideal for larger groups with 5 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms suitable for up to 10 guests the accommodation would best be described as half a large country house. For your enjoyment there is a pool, tennis court, lawn chess, table tennis, 2 lounge areas and a deck with BBQ and outdoor dining setting. Under the same roof line as the owners residence but self contained with its own entry.

Golf, bowls, tennis and footy ground etc. Local hotel with great food 7 days a week and occasional weekend entertainment just a short walk. Situated in the magnificent Harcourt Valley is a beautiful self-contained space in the northern wing of our home known affectionately as "The Castle". The stone cottage is set amongst beautiful gum trees where you can wake up to views across the valley and sunrise over Mount Alexander. Accommodation is a compact space, fully self-contained and private within the northern section of the cottage. There is a private entrance where you can come and go. We live in the central wing of the cottage.

There is split system for heating/cooling available for your use, as well as a little outdoor patio area where the sun will hug you in the evenings and you can enjoy a cool drink whilst watching the sunset over the hill!
