Two small dog breed accepted over 1 year old, sorry no cats. No infants or children. Spacious, light, self catering annexe 5 mins walk from the beach, dunes & Fishermans Return Pub, perfectly located to visit the seals at Horsey. Perfect for walkers, birdwatching, cyclists & visiting the Broads, Yarmouth’s amenities and events 10 miles. NO EV or charging at this property. Nearest fast charge, Tesco’s at Caister (6 miles). NO smoking or vaping on property, use green outside front gate.

Self-contained flat. No Smoking. Private entrance. Great location - Close to the city centre (<10 minutes walk) Local amenities - shops, cafes, independent bars and restaurants. Main Bedroom - King size bed, ensuite shower room. Kitchen/Diner - Well equipped , range cooker, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine. Garden/Deck - Access to deck & garden. Small bedroom/Work area - Mezzanine bed/bed in a bag. One adult or two children at a push for short stay (only one loo in main bedroom ensuite).

Fabulous central location ,Just a stones throw away from the centre of Norwich city. Shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes are all on your doorstep.This apartment has a security camera installed at the front of the building. This is well equipped with 2 double bedrooms, the third bed is a sofa bed situated in the living room. one en-suite and one separate shower room, kitchen/lounge with washing machine/dryer, dishwasher. The perfect location for a city break or those working in Norwich.

This is a classic early 1970s studio city apartment ( of approx 38 square metres) for 1 or 2 people that could not be more central ; perfect for exploring the old streets of Norwich. Once inside the apartment you have views of the old city skyline. There is a communal garden and all the comforts indoors that you need. *NB the sleeping area is in the Eaves and is approached via a proper but narrow staircase. Head height is fine in the centre over 6 feet( see photos). Car parking nearby.

Off-road parking. Local shops and a pub are within 2 minutes’ walk. Places to eat within 15 minutes’ walk or 5 minutes’ drive. Earlham Park is just around the corner for dog walks, runs or just enjoyment of the park. The University also has a lovely lake and park areas.
