35RockRoad offers luxurious, modern accommodation in a quiet, residential road. The perfect location for Cambridge city centre with its beautiful colleges and great shopping. And for access to Addenbrookes Hospital, science parks, the Botanic Gardens, language schools and Cherry Hinton Hall park. We are located in the Victorian district with many local shops. The area also boasts great restaurants, theatre, cinema, fitness centre and tenpin bowling alley. The train station is walking distance.

The Old Saddlery, Fulbourn

A fully renovated two storey characterful one bedroom house converted from an original Saddlery shop. The house adjoins our main home and is completely self contained with a private entrance. Everything is new to include Karndean flooring and carpets, open plan kitchen with Quartz worktops with Siemens appliances, built in fridge, breakfast bar, double glazed windows, solid oak doors, first floor sparkling shower room en-suite. The Garden Annexe

Set in the historic village of Babraham, The Garden Annex is a tranquil, self-contained and spatious double room with TV, WiFi, microwave, kettle, mini-fridge and new, uniquely designed en-suite shower room complete with Japanese-style bidet toilet. It has its own gate and pretty, secluded garden area and patio for morning coffee with the birds. With free (on road) parking and good food at the village pub, it's perfect for exploring nearby Cambridge or Duxford Air Show accommodation.

The Barn: Gorgeous alternative to a hotel room

The Barn is a self contained annex attached to our house, The Old Bakery, but with its own private access. We also have "The Cob" and "The Bakehouse", each suitable for 2 adults. Situated in an idyllic quiet position overlooking our garden and field beyond, in the historic village of Thriplow. A minutes walk and you reach the award winning community run gastro pub. Only 8 miles from Cambridge, so perfect for working in the city or surrounding area - a homely alternative to a hotel.

London access nearby (rail or road) and a 5 minute drive from the M11. Discounts may be available for long stays.

The Imperial War Museum, Duxford, host to three major air shows, is only 5 miles away.

It has it's own entrance for privacy and a key safe that allows guests to let themselves in. It's an ideal place for a short term stay and offers good value in a very expensive city. It has a small kitchen area with microwave, toaster, mini fridge and kettle. The annex also has a desk work space and a shower.
