Villa Mustique Carriage House - Seacrest/Rosemary

Mustique is a private, spacious and luxurious beach escape suitable for a couple. It is located between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach on the Scenic 30A. It's a short walk to our PRIVATE beach and the swimming pools, includes 2 backpack style beach chairs and an umbrella. A small dog less than 20 lbs is allowed. It has a a fully equipped kitchen open to the dining and living area. The separate bedroom has a queen bed and attached bath. Yes - there is wifi, cable, 2 tv's, and a washer and dryer. Old Florida Beach has a wide private beach, as well as a beautiful, large heated community pool. 2 bicycles and beach chairs are included.

Our ocean view studio overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and the bay area is inside the Sandestin Resort on the 9th floor with a balcony. It is right by the Sandestin beach, recently updated and refurbished. Waterfall pool, heated jacuzzi and gym in the building. * Exterior building upgrades: Work on this stack completed as of July 15 2025. * Pool will be heated the week of Thanksgiving (Nov 22 - Nov 29) and again from Dec 23 - January 2
