This classic freestanding cottage has been lovingly restored to showcase its classic style with all the modern comforts & just minutes to the waterfront & park. This is a rare find! This apartment is only 600m to Nelson Bay marina, shops, bars, cafes & restaurants. It has magnificent beach views and only a 2 min walk to Fly Point Beach. Living area flows to an undercover tiled terrace, then onto a grassed area. This is a perfect getaway, well equipped and beautifully presented. Linen, bath and beach towels provided and bed made.
