Geschmackvoll und aufwendig renoviertes Chalet zur alleinigen Benützung an ruhiger und sonniger Wohnlage in unmittelbarer Nähe der Talstation der Bergbahnen Motta-Naluns und der Sportanlage Trü. Zwei Südbalkone mit Top-Panoramablick und zusätzlich grosser Garten (nicht umzäunt). Das Zentrum von Scuol, die Talstation der Bergbahnen und der Bahnhof sind in ca. 10 Gehminuten erreichbar. Öffentlicher, gebührenfreier Parkplatz in ca. 800 m Entfernung oder kostenpflichtiger Parkplatz (CHF 20.- pro Woche) nur wenige Schritte vom Haus entfernt. Erdgeschoss : Im 2014 renovierte und neu möblierte Wohnstube mit schöner Veranda mit Ausgang zum grosszügigen Gartensitzplatz mit Tischtennistisch und Feuerring (Grillstelle). Dieser bringt mit lodernder Flamme atmosphärisches Lagerfeuer-Ambiente und ist bestens geeignet um Ihr Grillgut zu garen. Wunderschöne - im 2018 neu erstellte - Küche mit Geschirrspülmaschine, Microwelle und gemütlicher Sitzecke. Separates WC/Lavabo. Obergeschoss : Im 2015 neu möblierte Schlafzimmer (1 x Doppelzimmer mit TV + 1 Dreibettzimmer mit Ausgang zum Südbalkon). Zwei im Jahre 2016 komplett renovierte Badezimmer : - 1 x mit WC, Doppellavabo und Duschkabine mit Regenschauerdusche - 1 x mit WC, Doppellavabo, Duschkabine und Badewanne mit Whirlsystem Beide sanitäre Räume verfügen über eine Bodenheizung. Weitere highlights : Flatscreen-TV-Gerät, DVD-Player (BlueRay), Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine (kompatible und Originalkapseln in Scuol zwar erhältlich, aber sehr begrenzt!), Gratis-WLAN u.v.m. Alcune idee per escursioni in giornata: Trenino Rosso del Bernina, Livigno, terme e impianti sciistici di Bormio, Aprica, Chiesa Valmalenco, Val di Mello per chi pratica l'arrampicata sportiva, Ponte nel cielo in Val Tartano.

Servus im Alpenu, unserem kleinen Hideaway auf 1.044 Metern Seehöhe in den Allgäuer Alpen. Wir haben mit viel Liebe aus einer ehemaligen Alphütte ein kleines Refugium für - bis zu vier Erwachsene und - bis zu vier Kinder geschaffen. Viel Holz, Glas, Stein und Herzblut wurden hier bis ins kleinste Detail verarbeitet und man kann hier völlig ungestört durchatmen und den Alltag hinter sich lassen.
