Walk to the City Centre from a Charming Flat

The kitchen is well stocked with lots of pots, pans and utensils. There are also a number of appliances including a blender. There's a walk in closet in the bedroom and lounge, so whether you're 2 or 4 people staying here, you can easily store your things out of sight. You'll be close to everything Edinburgh has to offer. Walking to the main festival venues, Edinburgh castle, or the Old Town will take you about 10 to 20 minutes. As this listing is for the 'entire property', you have access to everything in the flat. We will either meet guests on arrival or use the keybox located just outside the front door. The Kings Theatre is a stone's throw away, as are cinemas, great coffee shops, restaurants, and supermarkets. For golfers, there's also an amazing 36-hole city centre pitch and putt just around the corner. About 10 different local bus routes can take you anywhere you want to go, but i would recommend walking as everything is so close. Alternatively, you always have cabs (Black cabs / mini cabs or Uber).

This cozy traditional old town flat, recently renovated offers a beautiful & bright accommodation in a period building. Located seconds away from Edinburgh's pulse, the Grassmarket and Old Town. Step outside and be greeted by a view of imposing Edinburgh Castle and the historic Old Town. Stroll up the famous curving Victoria Street with its colourful facades up to the historic Royal Mile. Be surrounded by cozy cafes, delightful restaurants and boutique shops. This is the centre of the action!

Unique cottage in vibrant Grassmarket, Edinburgh

Magical and Romantic by Edinburgh Castle

The apartment is located on a historic listed building near Edinburgh Castle. It is particularly suited to couples enjoying a city break or romantic getaway. NCP Parking (covered) is available at Kings Terrace. Paid on street Parking is available (free Sundays). Both Waverley and Haymarket train stations are a short taxi ride or a 10-15min walk. From Edinburgh airport, 25-35 minutes depending on traffic No pets, no children, sadly. No smoking. check in from 3pm to 10pm (max) check out 10am

My Grassmarket apartment is immediately next to Edinburgh Castle (as you can see from the window view), the Royal Mile and the Old Town. The Grassmarket is full of traditional pubs, restaurants, coffee bars and boutique shops. It is also central for Princes Street, the main shopping areas, museums and the main city centre tourist attractions. The location is ideal for the Festival, Hogmanay and both tourist and business visits. It is well served by both public transport and bus tours.

Large modern apartment

You won’t find a larger one bedroomed apartment within this prestigious and popular development. Situated on the second floor and tastefully furnished by designer Cate Warren, the bright open plan living area has floor to ceiling windows providing an abundance of natural light. Historic tourist attractions such as the Grassmarket and Edinburgh’s Old Town with its Castle are only a few minutes walk away.
