The Kit House

The Kit House is a perfect place for a weekend with friends or family! An open floor plan and a full kitchen makes the downstairs ideal for gathering. This early 1900s Sears Roebuck home has been fully renovated to include updated amenities while keeping some vintage charm. We are also only 2.5 miles from the cute strip of Thomas, WV!

Only 5 minutes from Route 48, you can get to any location with ease, but still stay in the secluded woods.

Relax in a dog & kid-friendly restored 1901 farm house in Davis WV. Enjoy a charming, historic home in town, a 10 min. walk from restaurants, cafe, breweries, cocktail lounge, & hiking trails. There are nice views and good space for socializing. No loud parties, however. Perfect for a family or weekend couple getaway!! We have attractions for all 4 Seasons that include skiing, snow tubing, kayaking, hiking, rock climbing, fishing, hunting, and canoeing!

three bedroom home with a large front porch. It sits behind a small country church so it is peaceful. There are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The bathroom in the master bedroom has a walkin shower and a shower seat. The living room and all three bedrooms have televisions. this house sits about two miles from beautiful South Mill Creek Lake and 8 miles from Smoke Hole. The house has starlink and it works really well. There is also a landline phone.
