Get comfortable with mountain views and fresh, clean air at 3,200' altitude, close to Canaan Valley/Blackwater Falls State Parks. Also, Dolly Sods, Seneca Rocks and Spruce Knob (highest point of WV). Lots of hiking/biking trails. Unique shopping in Davis and Thomas with a variety of restaurants. Fast food? An adventurous, scenic drive goes to Parsons, with the only McDonald's and traffic light in the county. Relax on the back deck to view the horse pasture and the small private airport.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay near Timberline Ski Resort in Canaan Valley. Blue Moon is a cozy end unit condo with lots of light and views of the forest . The cozy living room has a fireplace , comfortable seating with views. The deck provides a nice oasis to sit and read , listen to birds or walk down the stairs to the common area and forest . Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped for food prep with bar and dining room table.

AT&T has service coverage but if you have Verizon or another carrier I would check before you come. this area is remote so prepare!

Walk to Dolly Sods!! Our spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath has the best location. There are lots of hiking and biking trails easily accessible. The Wilderness Area, aka Dolly Sods is close by, or try out any of the other hikes. We have a pull out sofa bed for extra guests, a grill for BBQing on the balcony, and cozy gas fireplace that makes our condo hands down the best! When you tire from the hiking, biking or fishing, retire in style. Put you feet up and relax. And yes, we have wifi.
