The town was renamed Gas City boasting to grow to a pop of 50 thous, but sadly the gas wells dried up. The carriage house was in extreme disrepair and the majority of the exterior brickwork was able to be preserved. Small home with many updates on a quiet, dead-end street. All the amenities to stay for a long period of time if necessary. Wi-fi, washer/dryer, full kitchen. Bed size is a QUEEN. Fold flat sofa included for additional guest.
