Welcome to The School House. This Tiny House is located just blocks from the old Van Cove School. It has one queen bed up stairs and sofa sleeper with a queen bed down stairs. It is equipped with a full kitchen. This tiny house is located on a quiet street. Bring your UTV's - you can ride from the house to several trails within miles of the National Forrest.

The Briarpatch is a 1,250 sq.ft., 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom cabin with one private bedroom (queen bed) and one open loft bedroom(king bed). Also a Sofa Bed.The cabin accommodates up to 6 guests. The Briarpatch is located approximately 30 minutes north of the Beavers Bend/Broken Bow Lake area near Octavia, OK.(Massages are available in cabin if they have availability)

The ATV Shack is on 4 acres bordering the Ouachita National Forest and just minutes from the south trailhead of Wolf Pen Gap. We also have a beautiful view of Eagle Mountain from our front porch! Take a break and unwind at this peaceful and private country get away. It has easy access to the Cossatot River State Park where you can swim, kayak, snorkel, or hike on several hiking trails. A playground is available for the kids at the park. The mornings can be spent outside drinking your coffee while enjoying all nature has to offer.
