This home sits between 2 major cities. Only 10mins from Downtown Augusta, Ga or Aiken, SC. Private parking. Regular amenities any house would have. Please note that this is a tiny house. Perfect for 1, ok for 2, tight for 3. Setup studio style. 1 Queen, 1 pullout couch (full). Climate controlled between 68-74 degrees in the winter. Very private (low) location-sits behind our family owned beauty supply store & can not be seen from the street. A restaurant, cigar lounge, beauty salon in same lot.

Windows and french doors offer roman shades with blackout panels for privacy. Access to a outdoor fire pit seating area is also included. This charming cottage is in a sequestered back yard. Aiken is an historic town that was the winter destination for wealthy northerners who built homes here, brought their horses for polo and thoroughbred racing...a tradition that is carried on today. There are theaters, golf courses, and a branch of the University a mile away. Aiken is located outside of Augusta, Ga. The cottage is casual, comfortable, and offers peace and quiet in a safe area. Private driveway and parking for two cars.

Tastefully remodeled 1942 home on the Aiken Golf Club, dog-friendly Bumblebee Bungalow welcomes you to downtown Aiken and historic Hayne Avenue.
