This property is a brand new, modern and unobstructed waterfront beach house built directly on the dunes of Parlee Beach. This is a beautiful, family friendly vacation destination that is centrally located. It is walking distance from the famous Pointe-du-Chêne wharf and only roughly 50 feet from the Parlee Beach trail, no need to drive around all day! This house is perfect for mature people, families, friends and for special occasions. This is also on a private, dead-end road for added privacy.

This place is truly one of a kind. Ocean front tiny house cabin situated directly on the Northumberland Straight. You will witness million dollar sunsets/ sunrise while relaxing in an outdoor hot tub. Beach access. Cet endroit où séjourner est vraiment unique en son genre. Cabine de petite maison en bord de mer située directement sur le détroit de Northumberland. Vous assisterez à des couchers de soleil et des levers de soleil extraordinaire tout en relaxant dans un bain tourbillon extérieur.

Comfort meets Coastal Class + MILLION DOLLAR OCEAN VIEW = Seaside Landing! This oceanfront cottage offers retreats with DIRECT view of the Northumberland Strait & Cocagne Island, close to area attractions! No matter the weather, this view makes it better! Recharge sleeping with the the sounds of the ocean by night, spy on our resident blue heron at the waters edge & geese riding the tides by day. Right along the Acadian Coastal Drive. We accept bookings from May til end of October each year.

Sleeps 10 adults and 2 children:) Be charmed by the gorgeous nature that surrounds you! Inside, enjoy 3 bedrooms, a JACUZZI TUB, full kitchen and 2 FULL bathrooms! For couples, friends, small groups, or family - Spa-ahhh, relax, play, retreat! :)

True ocean front relaxation. Ideal for a couple's retreat. Watch the sun rise in a blaze of glory during coffee on the patio. Stroll on the beach or relax in the warmest salt water north of Virginia. Large lot, my personal cottage is on the same property, you are welcome to enjoy the whole space. Ideal for paddle boarding, sea kayaking, wind surfing etc. My mother tongue is English, and I have a working knowledge of French. Only weekly bookings during July and August, Saturday to Saturday.

(Français en bas) Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This is a 4 season private oasis. You can enjoy the stars on a clear night sky around the fire pit or in the comforting warmth of the spa. The large deck offers plenty of space for your workout session or your grilling skills! The gazebo is a great place to sip your morning coffee or glass of wine. Walking distance to a tranquil beach and conveniently located near the beaches of Parlee (Shediac) and Aboiteau (Cap-Pelé).

We have just added a new heat pump. We offer a 700sq ft loft, it has a new kitchen, new stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots, pans etc. New hardwood flooring throughout loft and ceramic in the bathroom. I bedroom with a queen size bed. A double bed tucked away and a single cot. A newly renovated 4 piece bathroom. A living room with 2 love seat a chair end tables and television. We have added a water cooler and bottled water. We’re 3 minutes from Aboiteau beach.

Cozy Beach Cottage

This beach-view cottage has been in our family for over 50 years. It was completely rebuilt in summer 2021 and is now a four-seasons getaway! - We offer 2 rooms that sleeps 4 with Queen Beds. - We are dog friendly. - Full kitchen with induction stove, dish washer and microwave and everything you will need for your stay. - Living room has a 60in TV and Wifi available - BBQ, outdoor seating areas, fire pit, games, puzzles. - Under 30 mins from Moncton, Shediac, Bouctouche and more.

We will welcome you and share our knowledge of the area - 15 mins to Murray Corner, 30 mins to Shediac, PEI and Nova Scotia .... Glamping like you’ve never experienced before! Enjoy the creature comforts of a vacation rental while camping oceanfront 🏕 Step outside directly onto your own private beach—perfect for launching your kayak or paddleboard, beachcombing for seaglass, and collecting seashells. The Dome comfortably sleeps 4 guests. You are welcome to pitch a tent out front for the kids or bring an extra air mattress for inside the dome to accommodate up to 6 guests !
