Beautiful thatched cottage annex with ensuite bedroom and living room/snug with an old piano. There is a shop, pub, park and walks such as The Jurassic Way. There is a daily bus service to Banbury and Daventry and from Banbury there is a train service for Oxford, London and Birmingham. Shakspeare's Stratford Upon Avon, Cropredy Festival and Silverstone are a short drive away. There is a plaque on the village hall to commemorate singer/songwriter Sandy Denny from the band Fairport Convention.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this edge of village location, very close to the Grand Union Canal in the picturesque village of Braunston. Come and see what makes this part of Northamptonshire so special! Fabulous country dog walks along the canal towpath from the end of the drive. Just a short walk from several village and canalside pub restaurants. The village has a general store and post office, and an award winning butchers. Our comfortable barn is the perfect base to explore the area.

One bedroom converted dairy in Willoughby

A charming, cosy self contained one bedroom cottage situated adjacent to our home & sharing the drive. The bedroom can be made up as a twin or superking size; please tell us in advance which you’d prefer. (Last minute bookings with less than 48 hours notice will not have the option to request this, sorry). (Bed settee for 3rd guest). Pets are welcome but there is no space to let them off the lead as the patio area isn’t enclosed so you will need to take them for a walk. Lockbox self check in.

Private access and private parking. Just 28 minutes from Silverstone and 12 minutes from Onley Grounds Equestrian complex.

Guests will stay in this brand-new lodge which offers a stylish home from home on the outskirts of Rugby situated in the Hillmorton/Houlton area (cold breakfast tray included). The area allows easy access to all major motorways & Rugby railway station is a short 10 min drive. Newly built Houlton development has many lovely countryside walks with a Coop, Park, David Lloyd Club & a highly rated restaurant all within walking distance. Hillmorton also offers canal walks, pubs & restaurants.

Pear Tree Cottage is a bright, south-facing recently renovated detached former barn located in the heart of the friendly village of Barby. Pear Tree Cottage is a separate annex set across a courtyard from our family home. Braunston Manor Cottage is a modernised detached 17th century cottage that is situated next to Braunston Manor in the historic village of Braunston. The village of Braunston is famous for being at the junction of the Grand Union and Oxford canals and it has a marina, canal pubs, local convenience store, a fish & chip shop, cafe, along with many picturesque local walks. It provides a convenient base for visiting Stratford, Warwick, Silverstone and the Midlands in general.

Hillcrest is a stone cottage dating back to the 1700s set within rolling countryside in the quiet hamlet of Preston Capes. This peaceful and beautifully renovated cottage offers all the charm of a period cottage, with the convenience and comfort of modern living. The cottage has a private walled garden and outdoor eating area. There are several good pubs/restaurants within easy driving distance or a walk for the more energetic guests (Fawsley Hall or The Plough at Everdon).
