Cabin is closest to the pond with a sand beach and a concrete pad with lounge chairs . 1 king bed, 1 queen bedroom, and a loft with a queen bed and a twin. Full bath with tile step in shower. Fully functional kitchen with all pots, pans, dishes, spices, utensils, etc. Outside you have a wrap around porch, charcoal grill and fire pit with swing away cooking grate.

Beautiful Log Cabin on a 2 Acre waterfront lot, the backyard slopes gently to the water. Easy access to the water & boat dock for kayaking, swimming, etc. Bring your boat and use our dock. You can drive down close to the water's edge making it ideal for those having difficulty walking down steep slopes. The cabin has 4 bed rm (1K, 2Q, 4TBB), loft has 3 T & F size futon. TV rm has Q pull out and 3 foldout T. 3 full baths & Laundry. We recently slept 22 at our family reunion.

A Peace of Paris is a cute, cozy A-frame house just down the road (150 yards) from Kentucky Lake and a rocked boat ramp. It's minutes from Paris Landing State Park and Big Eagle Campground, where you can launch your boat. We are part of a lake community where people can't wait to get on the water! New master suite added March 2022 includes a king size bedroom, laundry and full bathroom. A favorite is the screened, heated gazebo where you can enjoy the outdoors.

Gated Country Retreat with Lakeview

This rustic lakeside home boasts 3 sleeping rooms, 3 bathrooms, and an upstairs bonus room. An ideal base to explore Martin, just 3.5 miles from city limits of Martin. To relax, try the surround jets in the master shower or soak in the jetted whirlpool tub. We only own the house and part of backyard. We do not own the lake, the land around the lake, or the shop behind the house. Fishing and recreation are not allowed on the lake at this time.

The Lodge is a small 2 person only cabin on 45 acres of western KY countryside with amazing sunsets included. It has a private drive and a relaxing front porch with a 2 person only hot tub. Once you walk through the cabin doors, you will be transported to the Smokey mountains without the mountains. The owners live onsite if any problems arise that need immediate attention.
