House with mountain views , lake and a creek, has a private back patio with Pergola and Hot Tub (HOT TUB ONLY AVAILABLE MAY 1ST TO NOVEMBER 1ST). Living room, fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and two bedrooms with queen sized beds. The second floor has a large bedroom, full, queen and cabinet beds, a TV, fireplace and a double bathroom. Sleeping for up to 7. During the summer months, the owner may stay from time to time, in a separate adjacent apartment, renovating the garage interior.

You can enjoy access to multiple trailheads or enjoy the hike to Loch Lomond or St. Mary’s Glacier. This location is 15 minutes to I-70 and 20 minutes to historic Idaho Springs.
