Enjoy our updated home (built from 1906-1912) in F. L. Olmsted's historic Parkside neighborhood, a beautifully landscaped oasis of grand homes in the heart of Buffalo. Tour Frank Lloyd Wright's Martin House (just down the block!), Delaware Park and the Bflo Zoological Gardens or shop&dine all within a 2 block walk. Your private entrance suite has 2 bedrooms, a sitting area/breakfast bar, and a luxury bathroom. Location is convenient to all area attractions and full of architectural treasures!

Charming Neighborhood Retreat

This suite is the entire second floor of our home. Three bedrooms, one has an adjoining door to a larger room, box car style. Private, full bath plus 1/2 bath, kitchenette - microwave, small refrigerator. Main entrance is shared with owners (classical musicians) who live downstairs. Within walking distance: restaurants, bakeries, and 10 minutes from UB campuses and airport. Quiet neighborhood, sorry no parties. We do charge $10 per additional person so we can keep our cleaning fees lower!

Our home is conveniently located in a nice neighborhood near Factory Outlet shopping, the Seneca Niagara Casino, hiking, biking, movie theaters, and a full array of dining choices. Centrally located in Niagara, on ground level apartment in a country home setting on an acre, with rear entrance on private patio down stone pathway (not the garage). It's just a 10-minute drive to the amenities of Niagara Falls and wine country and golfing. Private entrance and patio deck, queen bed, single sofa bed, strong WIFI, Netflix, Roku, fireplace, well equipped kitchenette with fridge and small appliances located on cyclist's route, hiking trails of Welland Canal. Pet-Friendly.

Luxury Village Farmhouse

Welcome to our charming, old (but newly renovated!) Orchard Park Village Farmhouse! Large, but cozy, living and dining spaces and a huge kitchen with all the amenities. We have 2 large bedrooms, each is a "master suite" with bathroom and walk-in closets. In one bedroom, the king bed can be converted to 2 twins, if required. Queen sleeper sofa in living room. We're a short 1/4 mile walk to all the village shops, restaurants and coffee shops. 2 off-street parking spaces, wifi, AC, and laundry.

Tasteful loft, work-friendly

This spacious and naturally well-lit apartment comfortably fits two and has an optional bed-height air mattress that fits 2 more. It is 11 minutes from the Canadian border, 12 minutes from downtown Buffalo, 12 minutes from the University of Buffalo, 14 minutes from KeyBank Center and the Buffalo Convention Center, 17 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes from Niagara Falls, and 25 minutes from the Buffalo Bills stadium. PLEASE PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE IN THE WINTER MONTHS; THIS IS BUFFALO!

***We are on the US side**. Located on the 1st floor of an older 2 story home. PRIVATE, nothing fancy traditional, cozy 1 bedroom apartment. Similar to a cottage setting. Wifi/Paramount+ included. The 2nd floor unit is SEPARATE from yours. We live directly next door (brick house). Peaceful neighborhood. Easy check-in and plenty of free parking. PLEASE READ AND REVIEW THE HOUSE RULES/BOOKING SETTINGS AND LISTING PRIOR TO BOOKING, TO MAKE SURE THE UNIT FITS YOUR NEEDS.

Two 2 bedroom private apartment, on the second floor. Just like home but with the amenities of a hotel ! 20 minute drive to Downtown Buffalo, 20 minute drive to Niagara Falls. On a bus line. Uber & Lyft now available. Close to the University of Buffalo, Buffalo State College, Niagara University. Quiet family neighborhood. Less than a block walk to a Bar & Grill and a Pizzeria. We occupy the lower apartment so all questions will be promptly answered.

Down town Buffalo Oasis- 20 minutes from the Falls

The apartment has tranquil energy, with plenty of space to entertain and relax. It has a dining area off the kitchen on the second floor and also a living area. Upstairs you have your entertainment space with 50 inch TV and comfortable lazy boy coach. The apartment is decorated with art of the renowned artist Manfred Evertz, and this apartment has three bedrooms with queen beds and 1 and 1/2 bath.
