Off Street parking with easy access to your flat. It is located two streets in from the Niagara river between Niagara Falls and Buffalo. Enjoy the gardens, a nice fire at the fire pit, with full access to our patios, the bike trails, great dining in walking distance. Come to relax and escape for a while!

Welcome to Shiloh Place! Our spacious (1400sqft) 3 bedroom, lower level/basement apartment. In a peaceful suburban setting, just minutes away from everything Buffalo/Niagara Falls has to offer! Within one minute of Erie Canal walking/biking paths, kayak/boat launch, golf course, grocery stores, restaurants, wine/beer stores, and so much more! Come, and be refreshed! CEILINGS ARE LOW, just under 7 feet. Also, we live above, so you may hear normal apartment sounds. NO CABLE TV, but we have ROKU.

Only a short drive to Niagara Falls, Beaver Island Beach or State Park, our retreat is steps from the Niagara River & bike path. Contact host for docking arrangements or just enjoy watching the boats glide into the marina or take a stroll to the pier. You will have plenty of space to yourself & find the break you deserve. The small living room has couch / flat screen and is next to private work area. 2 generous size bedrooms the larger has a king size bed. Washer & dryer access in basement.
