We are empty nesters and we love to share our unique home! We are about a 5 minute drive from the Betty (volleyball and basketball arena) and the Ralph which is the hockey palace. We are also about 10 min from the Alerus (UND football/concerts/conventions.) We are just 4 or 5 blocks from Altru so medical personnel love our location. We love to meet new people, especially UND sports parents since we have been there, done that.
