The Flat

Please read the entire description and other things to note before booking. This beautiful newly renovated flat is located in a quiet neighbourhood, just a couple minutes drive from the TCH. (Exit 20). It is PET FREE …with no exceptions. Our flat is designed for 1 or 2 adults (only) and is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing stay. We pay attention to detail and are close by to provide any assistance we can to assure our guests have the perfect stay.

Managed by the award winning Riverwood Inn this is a completely functional 1200 sq. ft. sea side chalet featuring distinct water views and outside luxuries including a hot tub! Large open concept living, dining and kitchen area with cathedral spruce ceilings, birch floors and a central 14' rock fireplace and AV center. If you need to be in Grandfalls for Dr's appointments or just to go shopping, it's just a 15 min drive away. A home away from home!

Just minutes from the highway, exit 22, and ideally located on the Exploits Valley River, well known for its beauty and great salmon fishing. Kayaks or canoes can access the river from the backyard. Walking trails, trail bed, local chinese restaurant, bakery, gas station, drug store, Tim Hortons, sports bar and boat launch are just minutes away. We are also just 10 minutes away from Grand Falls-Windsor.

This property has proven to be our most loved location in Grand Falls-Windsor. With larger beds- one king and two queens- there is lots of room for a group of six to sleep comfortably. Note 1: The property does not have a full kitchen, but it has a kitchenette - a small microwave, kettle, and mini fridge. Note 2: We have super-friendly Dalmatians. Sometimes, they love to play in the backyard.

This cozy three bedroom home is in a great location just minutes from the Trestle, Kayak launch, boardwalk, Tim Hortons and stadium. Excellent for atvs or snowmobiles as we are located alongside the Nfld trailway. Also, it’s just a ten minute drive to Grand Falls-Windsor for shopping or doctor’s appointments.
