The Flat

Please read the entire description and other things to note before booking. This beautiful newly renovated flat is located in a quiet neighbourhood, just a couple minutes drive from the TCH. (Exit 20). It is PET FREE …with no exceptions. Our flat is designed for 1 or 2 adults (only) and is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing stay. We pay attention to detail and are close by to provide any assistance we can to assure our guests have the perfect stay.

This modern 2 BR house is a beautiful spot to enjoy the many things summer/winter has to offer. We are just meters from the Exploits River, kayak launch, the boardwalk, trestle and the track. If you need to be in Grandfalls for Dr's appointments or just to go shopping, it's just a 15 min drive away. A home away from home!

We are also just 10 minutes away from Grand Falls-Windsor.
