At the same time, you have the comforts of a modern living room, including wifi and TV, and a modern kitchen just steps away from the beautiful bright blue Caribbean Ocean. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Private pool/spa. Can arrange vehicle or in home cooked meals. Additional fees for pool/spa being heated. $35 per day must be for entire stay. Must request in advance. Additional fee for water/electricity on dock. $25 per day per boat. Must be the entire stay. No fee to dock just to use water and or electricity. 17 ft Boston Whaler available for rent. Must have boater license. $250 per day.

At the rear of the property is a shared pool, yard space and access to the dock.
