The Little Barn is set in one and a half acres of paddock in beautiful countryside near National Trust jewel-Waddesdon Manor. A stylish two bedroom barn - perfect for a tranquil getaway. Near the historic village of Quainton, with its pub on the green, village shop and windmill, there are many rural walks or enjoy our paddock with small orchard and bee hives. The Little Barn is ideal for 2 couples or a family. As well as 2 bedrooms , there is a sofabed in the living room and single trestle bed.

We are 30 mins from Bicester Village, Silverstone, Stowe House, Waddesdon Manor, Claydon House, The Ridgeway, The Chilterns, Ascott House & Bletchley Park.

The Herb Garden

A light, airy, ground-floor, single-storey studio apartment. There is a large kitchen and comfortable seating area, and a private patio / garden area. We are well situated for visiting Silverstone, Addington, Oxford, Bicester Village, Waddesdon Manor, Stowe Gardens and Bletchley Park. Also good for working in Milton Keynes or Aylesbury and for trains into London and Birmingham. The apartment has disabled access and ample off-road parking. We are happy to accommodate well-behaved dogs.

2 Bedroom cottage. Situated at the end of a long private driveway, on a small farm with horses, chickens & dogs. Direct access to farm land and excellent footpath & bridleway network close by. The accommodation is privately situated with beautiful countryside views. Bring your own dog or horses, stables, grazing, arena and horse walker available. Private garden. You may even get a visit from neighbouring deer. Dog walking service available. 1 dog permitted, more maybe considered.

You will find yourself on a working farm with little but the flora and fauna to keep you company. The hut is situated east facing, the sun creeks over the hill to uncover a stunning view. The Pool House

Relax and reset at the Pool House. The Pool House provides a quiet location where you can relax away from the world. Swim in our pool, heated during the warmer months. During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.

'The Stables' Garden Annexe

Converted stables, set within a private garden, and situated in a very quiet, pretty hamlet. Perfect location for Addington Equestrian Centre (walking distance), Silverstone Race Circuit, Stowe, Waddesdon Manor, Claydon House and Bletchley Park. Just a 15 minute drive to Steeple Claydon, and within easy reach of Bicester Village Shopping Outlet and Milton Keynes. Good Wifi speed (80mbps). Free parking on drive (sorry, no horse boxes).
