Mycket stilrent och renoverat townhouse med härlig sjöutsikt. Huset har ett perfekt beläget bara 5 minuter från en av de bästa stränderna i Spanien. Huset har 3 våningar med 3 sovrum med AC, 3 toaletter, 2 uteplatser samt 2 balkonger. Huset är beläget i en privat gated community med omfattande grönområden, 4 magnifika pooler, tennisbanor och fina trädgårdar. Alicante ligger bara 15 minuters bilresa bort och 10 minuter från flygplatsen. 2 minuters promenad till trevliga restauranger.

Welcome at home! Your new 250 m² luxury villa with 600 m garden, private swimming pool and BBQ, located in a small and exclusive neighbourhood very close to beach. The tasteful and exclusive interior fittings and furnishings invite you to relax and enjoy every moment, completely undisturbed. There are two Golf Courses at 10 mns drive. Although there are two bus lines or it's easy to get a taxi to come at the door house, it is preferable to have a car to go to the beach or Alicante.

Ideal para las vacaciones de invierno y verano. Tiene terraza con vistas despejadas. Frente a la urbanización puedes encontrar servicios como: supermercado, farmacia, medico, restaurantes y gimnasio. La casa esta a 8 minutos del aeropuerto y a 20 minutos de Alicante.

Willkommen in Gran Alacant. Unser Apartment wurde mit viel Liebe saniert und ist puristisch eingerichtet....dennoch fehlt es Dir an nichts. Alles was Du zu Deiner Entspannung und Erholung benötigst, ist bei uns vorhanden! Wir wünschen einen tollen Urlaub :) Please note that due to a construction site near our property, we are currently experiencing significant noise pollution. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Walking distance to restaurants and supermarkets. Down the road is a nice park for the little ones. The Villa boasts 3 bedrooms, a solarium from where you can see the sea and the town of Alicante and a large garden with private pool and a bbq/bar area. The lovely beaches of Costa Blanca are a 5 minute ride or 20 minute walk away.
