It wasn’t my first time staying at his property. It is always a treat to stay at one of his properties. Ellis and/or Salomé are always available for any question and/or concern. It is a safe location where the tower is located, building staff are nice and friendly. And the Apt itself was spotless. The cleaning lady is very approachable. I would always recommend to stay at one of his properties. Thank you Ellis and Salome!

El apartamento es totalmente como se ve en las fotos, amplio, con un mueble y camas muy cómodas. Tiene una lavadora y secadora en caso de una estadía larga donde se necesite hacer un lavado rápido de ropa. Esta muy bien ubicado (a pocos metros del CC Ventura Plaza) y tiene aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones, muy necesarias para el clima cada vez mas caliente de Cucuta. El anfitrión es una persona muy amable que nos hizo sentir como en casa, nos invito a usar la piscina y el área de reuniones en el ultimo piso del edificio. El personal de seguridad de la recepción también nos ayudo y eran muy cordiales. Sin duda trataré de alquilar este apartamento en caso de volverlo a necesitar

Nice apartment building. The host is very kind and responsive to messages. There are supermarkets, a pharmacy, and a large mall nearby.

Martha es una persona muy amigable servicial me preparo una sopa deliciosa y una arepa exquisita excelente servicial me encantó la estadía muy limpio y organizado difinitivamente cuando regrese a Cúcuta volveré a quedarme en este hermoso apartamento gracias Martha por todo !!

The Cabaña it's beautiful, well manicure garden. It is the perfect place for a tranquile getaway with the family. The town is amaizing and the people are very respectfull and friendly. Almost everything that you might need it is closed by, withing walking distante. You would be very happy to stay at this Cabaña. Antonio Angarita.

I love the view and the location, I recommend fixing some things in the bathroom and kitchen overall, it is a wonderful place.

Excelente ubicación y atención todo súper limpio, nada de ruido, nunca conocí al Sr Edgar pero la Sra maría que está ahí para limpiar y recibir las personas es una Sra súper amable, definitivamente me quedaría de nuevo

Nos encantó el lugar, todo lindo y bien cuidado, la zona de San Luis tiene un montón de super mercados y opciones para salir a comer, es tranquilo y bonito, además que el contacto con el anfitrión estuve genial le doy un 10 de 10

Todo muy bien, excelente, nos sentimos como en casa. Volveremos cada vez que viajemos a Cúcuta. Recomendado 1000%. Gracias por cumplir lo que ofrece y gracias por la confianza de recibirnos, la pasamos Genial.
