Accord River House

Welcome to our house in the woods! 12 acres surrounded by trees and above a series of waterfalls along the Stony Kill, which runs all the way from Minnewaska State Park through our property and into downtown Accord. You can sit in a hammock outside, soak in our hot tub while listening to the river, or chill out inside with some tunes or the TV projector. Budding entomologists will enjoy the endless procession of bugs, ants, spiders, ticks, and other creepy-crawlies that is part of River House.

Imagine yourself on a screened porch, gas fireplace glowing, string lights warm overhead, peering into the woods — our guests' favorite space. Take a leisurely walk under the towering trees in the quiet wooded acre surrounding our cozy, alpine-inspired cabin with contemporary bohemian touches. Sleep upstairs under deep-set skylights, observe wildlife out our large picture windows, or daydream on the hammock. On a clear night, stargaze through the tall trees while toasting marshmallows fireside.

The Waterfall Casita: A-frame with 30ft Waterfall

Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

Stunning Passive Solar Cabin on 135 acres & pond

Just the perfect cabin. This newly built, passive solar house has a wood-burning stove, incredible views and is drenched with light. The house is intimate yet connected to the outside, with total seclusion and every imaginable modern convenience! It’s an architect-designed marvel of concrete, glass and reclaimed wood that sits on 135 acres of field and forest with a lovely swimming pond and miles of hiking trails. The cabin sleeps up to 6 people in two bedrooms and a spacious sleeping loft.

Offers four bedrooms, and two large baths with bright, sunny living areas. You won't be roughing it! We have a large outdoor stone firepit surrounded by Adirondack chairs, a hot tub, quiet trails for private walks, and all the nature you love. There are three outdoor seating areas for meals and relaxation, a woodstove, and a picture perfect kitchen.

Up in the sky over the Rondout Reservoir, this peaceful retreat has year-round views, eagles flying by and easy access to hikes, waterfalls and the happening Hudson Valley. The renovated, solar-powered 1950s cabin is just two hours from NYC, but when you climb the driveway and find yourself on top of the world, you are far away. Watch the sun set—from the deck, sun porch, dining room, fire pit, couch. Wander into the forest out back. Serious cooks will enjoy the induction stove.

Bring your bikes and ride the gently rolling wooded roads… or not. It’s your vacation.

A Secluded Catskills Getaway: The Red Hill House

Situated on five acres inside the Catskills Park alongside a babbling brook, this mountain escape is perfect for couples, a friends retreat, or family getaway. Wake up with pour over coffee and take in the fresh air with a trek through our woods or the nearby Red Hill Fire Tower hike. Later, enjoy a nap in the hammock followed by a nighttime bonfire. Or put on a record and get cozy indoors with the woodburning stove and a variety of board games!

Experience the luxury of this black double A-frame, finished to the highest standards and nestled in the woods for ultimate privacy. The main bedroom features a soaring ceiling and spa-like en-suite with walk-in shower, tub, bidet, double sink, and heated floors. The sunny second bedroom also has an en-suite. Enjoy a chef’s kitchen, double-sided fireplace, hot tub, and a new pool available June. Pets must be disclosed and approved prior to booking.
