Amazing place. Much better in real life than the photos. I was here on a business trip and needed to check-in earlier which was not a problem - thanks again for your flexibility. The apartment is very nice and in a quite, friendly neighborhood. I absolutely recommend them if you are in St. Louis.

Loved our stay here. Most things within walking distance or a short drive to farther out exploring St. Louis. The space was great and would definitely recommend this location. The parking was right as described but found backing in to the spot was much easier to get in and out. Only negative was the shower, but have shared feedback on this with Anthony. Host was great and friendly, and had lots of local recommendations to try.

I'll be looking for this listing on future St Louis trips! Loved the charm of the old building, the quiet neighborhood and plenty of places were a short walk away!

We came to St. Louis for a family wedding that was at The Four Seasons hotel. This was a very reasonably priced, clean, relaxing environment that has been beautifully remodeled. We were able to rent both of the apartment spaces that he had in the building and all got to enjoy the outside deck that had a direct view of the arch. We were within walking distance of many restaurants and the hotel. We highly recommend this place!

We had such an enjoyable stay! The location was great and the home was beautiful and cozy. We felt right at home. The only issue we had were the upstairs neighbors early in the morning but that was no fault of this host. We look forward to visiting again!!

I loved staying at this place! I relocated from Atlanta in February and stayed here for 3 months until my new place was ready. I love the building and front staff. It’s very safe, people are nice, and the gym and rooftop are great amenities! Shannon was very warm and personable. Tucker, co-host, was also very kind, hospitable, and super responsive to the few inquiries I had. It was a great home away from home for the time I stayed!

This was my families first experience with Airbnb and this home exceeded expectations, kind friendly responsive. Even made available instructional videos on how to use things within the home. Comfortable enough for my autistic son to feel right at home. Already looking into returning to this home for more adventures.

It's great spot and quiet even though it's main drag. Great jumping off point for the city. Jason is quite flexible and responsive host. Had to adjust our travel plans because of the weather forecast and he's able to accommodate us.

I was very skeptical visiting St Louis because the city looks crazy, but Ms Francine's home was lovely and she made us feel right at home. Thank you for letting us spend the weekend! Would definitely recommend. Great deal!!

The house was exactly as described and shown in pics. Clean and well decorated. Sean allowed us to check in early due to very early arrival flight. Had a few hiccups at the house but he was very responsive. I am from St Louis but live out of state now and was back visiting. His place is within a 20 minute drive to most places you may want to visit and major highways. FYI for the short girlies like myself, the house was designed for taller folks so you may have to hop a bit to get into tall bed and use microwave but well worth it 😁 I would recommend Sean’s place and would stay again on my next visit.

Very lovely, clean, cozy, house. Amazing backyard to relax in. Our dog loved it. Its got a nice slanted hill and image when theres snow it would be pretty fun to slide down. Neighbors were nice. Nice looking neighborhood. The bedrooms were comfortable and felt right at home in the living room. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location in Dogtown, walkable to several restaurants and coffee shops and short drive to many more. Clean, modern decor, very homey. Could comfortably house 2-3 couples or 2 couples with kids. Pet friendly which was great with a large fenced in yard, however important to note there is no access to the yard from the house, you still have to walk outside with your dog(s) to gain access to the fenced yard. Will definitely be considering this property or one of Alex’s other properties for our next visit to STL!

This was only my second time using AirBnB and it was another positive experience. It was three old guys just needing a place to sleep and shower during the NCAA Frozen Four in Saint Louis and it was fantastic. Overall, it was a great stay and the owner was super. I highly recommend it!!
