This gated community tucked in the Palo Pinto mountains has views that will take your breath away! After a day of fishing/swimming/kayaking (kayaks included), indulge in cooking dinner outside on the Blackstone followed by fire pit s'mores. Enjoy a cold drink on the porch swing or opt for ping pong, corn hole or games. You'll see cows, birds, & deer.

Embrace the bucolic lifestyle of this quaint cabin that’s adjacent to a pasture and pond. When weather permits, we have a fire pit you may use to make S’mores right in front of your cabin. We welcome you here to enjoy rest during your travels or maybe need a quiet place that’s near the Hospital. We are 2 miles from historic downtown & close to parks & lakes. Also, I will prepare breakfast for you and deliver to your door! (Times for breakfast delivery are from 8:30 to 10am, just let me know:)

The Lazy Possum Cottage is a modern fishing cabin on the north side of Possum Kingdom Lake. This newly remodeled waterfront property offers a gentle slope to the water perfect for swimming and wading. It is usually deep enough to moor a boat or jet skis right at the shore although if the water level fluctuates you might have to tie it up a little further out or use our boat slip at the Marina less than a quarter mile away.
