Welcome to a more than 170-year-old Istrian stone house in which, despite having been renovated in 2022, you can find architectural details and nuances from the past, in 2 apartments. During the renovation, we paid attention to details that emphasise the Istrian stone construction. The house is situated in the countryside in a small village on a hill near Koper and is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. It is an ideal choice for couples or families, lovers of nature and rural life.

Tourist farm RedFairytale is the name of our 3 lovely apartments, situated in the heart of nature with a relaxing view of our vineyard fields, olive groves, and surrounding Istrian houses, all designed in typical Istrian stone style. The apartment with name "Pomigranaj" is beautifully decorated, with a large part featuring typical Istrian stone, adding a rustic and authentic charm to the space. Bolara 60, the Kućica: stone cottage near Grožnjan

Bolara 60 is a traditional Istrian stone farmhouse near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The Kućica (cottage) is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.

Timijan HH, brand new self-catering holiday home, 25 m2, 2 bedrooms for 2 adults and 2 (smaller) children, 1 bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin, a fully equipped cooking area, a terrace with breath-taking views of the green surroundings, a private pool, barbecue facilities available. Complimentary WIFI, private parking on the site. Children of all ages are welcome. Pets are not allowed, but there are a few on the site - chickens and a cat.

HOUSE G, zgrajena leta 2018, je bila zasnovana kot manjši arhitekturni studio, v katerem je nekaj let delovalo arhitekturno podjetje. Zdaj je na voljo za najem in obiskovalcem ponuja fantastičen prostor za oddih z zasebnim vrtom, leseno teraso in parkiriščem. Ljubitelje sodobnega dizajna in arhitekture bo prevzel dovršen interier.

If you wish to feel the pulse of everyday life on the farm you are kindly invited to stay in our appartment most suitable for two people. The accommodation has its own entrance, bathroom and kitchen.

Idealna za 3 odrasle in 1 otroka. 20 km od italijanskega morja, 1.5 ure vožnje do Bovca, 1h vožnje do Postojnske jame, blizu številnih aktivnosti... Potrebno je še doplačilo turistične takse 2.5 EUR po odrasli osebi.
