Located in the village of Karnevali, the house is less than 10 minutes by car from closest town Žminj, and 30 minutes from the nearest beach. Wake up to the sound of roosters crowing, and during the day, you may see goats, cows, and donkeys greeting you from the other side of the fence.

Its location allows you to explore central as well as coastal Istria, as well as to withdraw to our beautiful property to rest or take a swim at the pool or prepare a nice barbecue at the outside kitchen.

Villa Lord House is situated on the edge of a small village in the heart of Istria. The whole plot is fenced (new 1.6 meter high fence) and private. In the cozy garden, surrounded only by green nature, there is a large swimming pool. Sunbeds and parasols are everywhere. A gazebo, with a large table and a charcoal grill, is placed directly above the pool.
