This property was amazing! Michael met us to let us in and give us the keys. He went through details of the home in detail and also provided helpful recommendations for local restaurants, beaches, etc. We were very comfortable. The furniture and amenities made us feel at home. The most amazing aspect of the home was the huge balcony with view of the entire ocean! I could sit out there for hours! Es war Perfekt. Sehr sehr Freundlicher Gastgeber und ein Super Studio mit direktem Blick auf das Meer. Sauber und Gross. Viele Aufmerksamkeiten im Kühlschrank bei unserer Ankunft. Vielen Dank dafür. Die Lage ist Perfekt mit Restaurants und Minimarkt in der nähe. Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut. Schönes Badezimmer. In der Küche hat es alles was man braucht. (Sandwichesmaker,Toster,Wasserkocher,Kochplatte,Filterkaffemaschine) Wir waren zum dritten mal in Stalis. Dieses Zimmer war das beste von allen.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und das Meer direkt vor der Terrasse. Während unseres Aufenthalts waren wir in der Einflugschneise des Flughafens, was uns aber nicht weiter gestört hat. Unsere Hosts waren sehr hilfreich und haben meiner Oma auch ein Taxi zum Flughafen bestellt. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Die Lage des Appartments ist hervorragend und direkt am schönen Sandstrand. Die Busverbindung in die Stadt ist auch super und die Bushaltestelle lediglich 5 min entfernt. Das Appartment ist exakt wie auf den Bildern und erfüllt seinen Zweck. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett, und die Kommunikation verläuft ohne Probleme. Wir hatten 1-2 kleine Fragen, und hier wurde uns sofort weitergeholfen. Fazit: Wir würden wieder kommen.

Fabulous stay!! You cannot beat the location; right in the heart of old town nestled up above all the shops. Its in an area that is busy during the day but doesnt feel like it and since the shops close around 21:30, it is quiet in the evenings. The building is very secure. There are 2 ladies that run a shop downstairs that also live in the building and they are always around, so it felt very safe. The apartment is exactly as described and well cared for; everything was clean and fresh when we arrived. The balcony is a great amenity, and we spent all of our time while in the apartment on it enjoying the breeze and sunshine. Giorgos is a wonderful host. Very quick to respond and always providing helpful hints for things to do or restuarants to try. Self check-in was easy and Giorgos provided great descriptions and pictures to help guide you.

Situé au 4e étage d'un édifice et localisé tout près du centre d'Agios Nikolaos, ce logement est spacieux, très propre et offre toutes les commodités nécessaires pour de brefs et longs séjours. L'hôte, Irini est très gentille, accueillante et est une excellente source d'information. L'appartement offre une vue imprenable sur la baie et le port d'Agios Nikolaos. Malgré la rareté des places de stationnement, nous sommes toujours arrivés à trouver un emplacement à proximité. De nombreux restaurants près du logement et tellement de belles découvertes à faire dans la région. Nous recommandons ce logement pour toutes ces raisons.

Die Unterkunft bietet einen wunderschönen Ausblick und liegt perfekt in Elounda um Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu erreichen, einzig die Parkmöglichkeit liegt etwas außerhalb!

Dies war mein erster Besuch auf Kreta im Winter. Und mit der Wohnung von Anthimos habe ich den perfekten Ort dafür gefunden. Nahe am Zentrum der Stadt (Agios Nikolaos) gelegen, wo zwar weniger los ist als in der touristischen Saison, wo ich aber doch jeden Abend einen netten Ort zum Essen und zur Begegnung mit der lokalen Bevölkerung fand. Die Wohnung war sauber und gemütlich und bot mir alles, was ich für diesen Aufenthalt benötigte. Genial war natürlich die unmittelbare Nähe zum Meer (Luftlinie vom Balkon zum Wasser schätzungsweise 20 Meter). Auch im Winter ist das einfach atemberaubend. Am Abend noch ein Drink auf dem Balkon oder am morgen der erste Kaffee vor dieser Kulisse. Einfach fantastisch! Danke und sehr gerne auf ein anderes Mal!

Schönes Apartment in toller Lage mit großem Balkon (allerdings ohne Sonne). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

We really enjoyed our stay. Harry was very responsive and friendly. The house was really nice, just as described, and had everything we needed. The view is beautiful—if you wake up early, you can see the sun rise right in the center of the big window and watch it move all the way up. The location is good. We did hear some highway noise, and there was a friendly group of dogs that barked in the morning. But at least you could pet them they were sweet. The hot tub was nice. Although we didn’t use it as much as we thought we would. It’s on the roof, and since the house has a central spiral staircase, you need to come down it to get back inside. That made it a bit tricky with wet feet and the April nights were a bit too chilly to stay on the roof for too long after the tub. But we really enjoyed using the BBQ. Overall, we had a great time. Harry’s hospitality was top notch.

Highly recommend! A quiet area, close to everything. We stayed here start of October with our 14 yr old and 3 month old son. The apartment looks like the photos, very clean andy tidy. Very comfortable bed, was huge 💛. We had asked for a cot, which was there. The pool was lovely, very refreshing, solar heated. We were the only ones using it, due to out of main season, an unexpected luxury. The beach is a mix of sand and stones, literally just outside the gate. Within 10 mins walk is a supermarket, pharmacies, a patisserie with huge pain au chocolates - highly recommend, they also had pastries (cheese and bacon, mushroom and ham etc). If you walk along the sea front for about 20mins get into Gournes which has several beach bars, and restaurants/ cafes, we went to Taverna ambrosia, very good even had a baby change area (not everywhere has these) and soft play at the back. It’s a 45 min walk to the Creta aquarium, definitely worth a see. Ioannis arranged several taxis for us.

Nikos was an out standing host - the property was second to none - really pleased I stayed - if I ever go back to Crete, I will definitely stay at this property - thanks again Nikos for being so friendly and helpful, bo5h you and your wife - by far the best Airbnb I've ever stayed at.

This was a luxury experience with every detail thought of and provided. Location stunning on the beach with beautiful view of the Aegean and sunsets. The respectful and warm history allowed us to feel at home and had great recommendations for eating visiting and shopping. Will definitely be back. Loved the ability to cook at the suite and eat on the verandah or stroll down the road and eat out at great quality and diverse restaurants. Close to Heraklion to visit the museum palaces or day trip out to Santorini. Such a great base to either relax and swim at the beach or go out to visit the sites. Staying in Agios Nikolaos is usually more costly per night than most other places in Crete so we were really delighted that Dimitris's accommodation gave us all the things we were looking for whilst being within our budget. Dimitris was very welcoming with some useful extras & treats that helped get our stay underway. He showed us around the property and provided some great info on locations and tavernas worth visiting during our stay. The bed was extremely comfortable & the shower very modern, both things were important to us. The air conditioning was efficient & the garden & shared beach area [with the adjacent villa] was lovely. The bedroom & bathroom were slightly smaller than other places we've stayed on Crete, and if walking into the centre for an evening, the walk back when dark would be maybe a bit much [return taxi a better idea] though none of these detracted from our enjoyment. Overall we were very happy & would certainly recommend Dimitris's villa.

Olga et sa famille sont des gens d'une très grande gentillesse. L'accueil est exemplaire. Sa maman Helene nous a préparé des spécialités grecques pendant toute la durée de notre séjour. De par ses connaissances nous avons aussi pu assister à des spectacles de danses typiques de la région. Je vous recommande cette destination sans aucun problème. Nous y retournerons nous aussi pour approfondir la découverte de cette ile grecques.

Michail's place was exactly as advertised. Extremely clean. Perfectly located within a short distance from great restaurants and coffee shops. Great view of the lake. Basic coffee and snacks were left out for us which we really appreciated. The road noise continues pretty late and can be a bit much at times but not enough for us to lessen our 5 star all around rating. Would 100% stay here again.

A great stay in a calm area of stalida. The beach is walkable from the apartment. There are two nice balconies to sit at, and one has shadow at all times on one of them which is very convenient in the heat. There is air condition in the bed room and a large fridge to keep stuff cool. The washing machine and stove are all new and clean. The street in front of the house is ok to park at, but there is no specific parking spots. The back balcony has a view to the sea and we really liked staying there in the evenings to chat. All in all a great stay.

L’appartamento di Michael è stupendo: ottima posizione sul lungomare con tutti i servizi vicini. La posizione è tranquilla e molto ben servita. Impagabile il grande balcone sul mare: al mattino è bellissimo vedere i riflessi dell’acqua sul soffitto della camera! L’appartamento è molto ben accessoriato e completo di tutto, inoltre è presente un condizionatore in ogni stanza e zanzariere a tutte le finestre. Michael è molto gentile e disponibile e l’accesso alla casa veramente facile: non ha potuto accoglierci personalmente, ma le istruzioni fornite erano assolutamente precise ed impeccabili. Un soggiorno stupendo, insomma!

this was a fantastic location, while you're in a busy area the apartment is actually peaceful and relaxing, the jacuzzi is perfect, the views from the balcony are unbelievable and it's a great spot for sunbathing, eating, drinking and relaxing. everyone has been super helpful and communicative from the minute we booked, the shop being downstairs means they are there almost 24/7 if you need anything. from this location there's so many things to do, we went on a bus to heraklion and hired a car and highly recommend agios nikolaos but you can really make your trip whatever you want it to be. thanks for a lovely stay!

Das Apartment liegt in einer tollen Lage zwischen zwei sehr schönen Stränden und nicht allzu weit vom Flughafen entfernt oder für andere Ausflüge mit dem Auto. Man kann hier noch den typisch griechischen Charme erleben - in den Tavernen am Meer oder im nahe gelegenen Supermarkt. Das Apartment selbst ist sauber und hat alles was man braucht! Sogar 1 Flasche kalt gestelltes Wasser und die nötigsten Dinge zum Kochen (Öl, Salz, Zucker, Kaffee) sind vorhanden! Dimitris war darüber hinaus sehr freundlich und half bei Fragen oder kleinen Problemen mit dem WLAN sofort weiter! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und genossen sehr die Gastfreundschaft! Wir würden immer wieder kommen :)

Die Wohnung liegt perfekt, um die Insel zu erkunden, man ist im Zentrum der Insel, sofort auf der Autobahn (Empfehlung: vor Einzug unbedingt rückwärts am Berg anfahren üben!!) und trotzdem ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig und hat einen tollen Blick aufs Meer. Vor allem der kleine Balkon direkt über dem Meer hat es uns angetan, auch wenn er im Sommer vielleicht etwas zu heiß/zu wenig schattig sein könnte. Hier schließt man auch schnell Freundschaft mit den 4 Katzen, die gelegentlich auch den Nachbarshund zur Weißglut treiben. Wer Angst vor Katzen hat, sollte sich bei diesen anhänglichen Exemplaren lieber eine andere Wohnung suchen, Katzenfreunde werden es lieben. Mariannas Mutter ist eine gute Seele, bringt Eier der hauseigenen Hühner sowie frisches Obst und Gemüse vorbei. Alles in allem für uns der perfekte Ort, um die Erkundung der Insel mit Erholung zu kombinieren.
