This was a wonderful place to stay and explore. The garden was absolutely wonderful and much appreciated by all guests of two and four legs. Wonderfully clean, bright and spacious rooms. We had a wonderful time and are very grateful for the stay. We will definitely be back!

Great stay, where we got messages from Dean on time and with all the right information. Quick to respond and always helpful. Location was ideal, short over head rail journey from central London, it was quiet and easy to commute. Flat was clean and very presentable - exactly like the photos. Garden was a bonus for a peaceful coffee in the morning! Checkin and out was easy!

We loved staying at this home and pretending like we’re locals. This is a great place, and the host is super helpful. The neighborhood is quiet, but there are just enough pubs and restaurants right there on the corner. Go to the Black Prince for a pint and KT for Indian food. And, it’s a really short walk to Kennington Station and access to the rest of London.

A lovely place to stay for the night, after going to an event in town. Has everything you need. Sean was very helpful. Would recommend and would use again.

I so totally have to shout out about Andy & his place. You can see why Andy has the Super Host designation. Every single little thing about this gentleman & his property is super. This was last min, late at night, a mess. But Andy was super responsive and just totally flexible, helpful, and kind. His check in directions and instructions are world class, detailled and superb. Others should take note. The property is in the heart of the City, the centre, but the location - riverside - it was so quiet & peaceful. Everything here is done to its best and there are just little additional touches that are second to none, from little nibbles, chargers & cables - even fab placed lighting (turn on the one behind the sofa!). It's spacious over 2 floors & 2 baths, well appointed & maintained, but with thought and care. Take note, don't miss this place, or Andy - who I thank wholeheartedly for everything & apologise to for my late night messages & tardy check out. I'll be back, if I can get in!

Thanks for great hostage. Despite it was short notice the host helped me easily find the place. The host was super nice and friendly. I found the location very quite and safe, it was very easy to commute to central London, easy to find shops nearby for extra late night snacks. Apartment was clean and matches the one in the picture. Overall, super happy. Definitely see you again!

Stayed here for a long weekend during Pride and we had the best time. Property was immaculate, nice bedrooms and we loved sitting in the courtyard garden. Ben was super helpful and the best host - thank you. Will definitely cone back next year!

The house was cosy and the beds comfy. We enjoyed a walk to the seafront area and a drive to the picturesque South Downs. We had a lovely, relaxed weekend break - thank you!

We had a perfect stay at Megan’s place. Nice drive through the area very picturesque and quiet which is what we was looking for. We arrived at the house spotlessly clean, Spacious with everything you could need! Amazing tv (we couldn’t actually believe the size of it!) the garden topped it off completely, a sun trap which we relaxed on the rattan sofa had a dip in the hot tub and chilled till the sun went down. Comfy cosy bed, good nights sleep to wake up with the birds chirping away and another dip in the hot tub before we left and as it being a Sunday Megan suggested we stay an hour later to have a little lay in, Megan is a great host, friendly and very accommodating. We will 100% be back xx

Dan was the most attentive and kind host! Responded so quickly to any questions and was super helpful. The flat is in the perfection location with it just a short walk to town. Beautiful secluded quiet garden for your morning coffee or to just sit and relax. The flat has all you can ask for with easy Alexa instructions throughout( and the most comfortable bed I've had in an Airbnb thus far). Absolutely great value for money, would definitely stay again! Thank you Dan for making our stay a great one⭐️

Pristine place, literally couldn't find a spot of dirt anywhere. David was very friendly. We had a lovely time in Brighton - the flat is easily walkable to town, lovely little coffee shop opposite (with amazing coffee!). Seaside only a 5 min (or less) walk. Would love to stay here again. A very minor point, but the window in the front bedroom is an original so you can hear street noise, but it didn't affect our stay. Thank you David!

This has been the best accommodation I have ever stayed in. The entire place was spotless, including the washing machine, and the sea view was the most stunning I’ve ever seen. The house is peaceful and cosy – even more beautiful than it appears in the photos – and the host family seemed incredibly warm and kind. I’ve stayed in many places, but I can genuinely say this one is highly recommended. It was just me and my son, but I chose this two-bedroom home and I have no regrets at all. I will definitely choose this place again for my next trip.

I would highly recommend this beautiful annex. It’s situated just a stone throw from the beach. David was very helpful, kind and informative of the area. We had such a fabulous time with lovely walks on the beach with our little Waffle the dog. It was exactly what we needed nice and chilled with the weather on our side. Unsere Gastgeber waren jederzeit über die Airbnb-App erreichbar und wir wurden sogar persönlich in Empfang genommen. Niclas zeigte uns persönlich kurz die super saubere und sehr gepflegte Wohnung, so dass wir uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Die Wohnung hat eine wirklich sehr gute Lage mit Buslinine in alle erdenklichen Richtungen und einer sehr nahe gelegenen U-Bahn Station (Stockwell). Der genau gegenüber liegende Supermarkt ist ebenfalls sehr praktisch. Auch Restaurants befinden sich in in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Das Bett war derart gemütlich, dass ich darüber nachdenke Niclas zu fragen, wo er diese Matratze her hat. :-) Vielen Dank für alles, ihr Lieben!
