Berat is amazing historical city. The house was very near to most of important places to visit. The house was clean and comfy, the Host Steven was very friendly and caring, helped us with everything we needed. made us feel very comfortable and we felt like home but in a very nice albanian historical house.

We had a very confortable and peaceful stay! We were greeted warmly, despite arriving late due to our flight in to Tirana. The kitchen adjoins, but is separate to, the main house (living room and bedrooms), but this was not a problem, especially if spending your time eating al fresco in the really nice outdoor spaces available! The beds were comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. We highly recommend a stay for a quiet getaway that is not too far - 10 min drive - from Berat which is a wonderful city to explore!

Meine Partnerin und ich haben uns sehr wohl und wie zu Hause gefühlt. In perfekter Distanz zum eigentlichen Zentrum hat uns die Unterkunft einen Einblick in ein authentisches Erlebnis ermöglicht. Vielen dank dafür. Mein persönliches highlight war der Gemüsestand gleich um die Ecke!

Lovely 3-bedroom Apartment in the heart of Blloku

The place is very conveniently located in a district with lots of cafes and restaurants, walkable distance from old town. Beautifully arranged and perfectly clean. What stands out the most tho is an outstanding hospitality of the host and his parents who live nearby. Our visit was during Easter holiday so a freshly made burek was waiting in the kitchen when we entered the flat. It was soooo good we asked if it's possible to order one for the next day as well for breakfast. After a quick check with host's mom we were informed to expect it the next morning free of charge and consider it a holiday gift. We had to work a bit on host's dad to accept a bottle of wine as a sign od our appreciation :) Overall a fantastic experience on our first days in Albania. Big cheers to mom and dad for literally making our stay unforgettable

Jemin Apartment

Wir haben sehr spontan gebucht und es gab dennoch keine Probleme. Wir konnten unser Gepäck im Apartment lassen und unser Auto auf dem Parkplatz parken. Das ist für Berat unbezahlbar. Wir wurden herzlich von den Besitzern empfangen und konnten eine ruhige Nacht in bester Lage mit Dachterrasse verbringen. Absolute Empfehlung!!!!

Bon séjour chez Réa, la maisonnette est propre et offre tout le confort disponible pour les 2 nuits que nous y avons passé. Réa est réactive mais nous aurions aimé qu’elle nous donne plus d’informations sur les modalités du séjour, notamment sur l’horaire du petit-déjeuner (nous n avions pas le choix de l horaire et nous avons dû lui envoyer un message pour savoir). Par ailleurs, l’emplacement annoncé à 20 min est situé à 35-40 mn du centre où il est difficile de se garer en voiture.

In summary has the aparment a very nice location and the price was very good. I have to highlight the greatful communication, the owner/employee is always reachable and very friendly. One point is maybe not very good the W-Lan connection is very bad, the best thing is to purchase a sim card with internet connection. Overall i have to suggest the apartment.

5 Sterne – Absolut empfehlenswert! Wir waren eine Gruppe von 10 Personen und haben sehr spontan gebucht – trotzdem hat alles perfekt geklappt! Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war von Anfang an ausgezeichnet: schnell, freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Trotz der kurzfristigen Reservierung wurde alles super organisiert. Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben, sauber und komfortabel. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft!

Magical View Apartment

The place was beautiful just as described but the location was simply superb! Attractions, malls & restaurants all close by. Great amenities at the place, too! Washer & dryer was an added plus. Super safe neighborhood to walk around anytime including at night. But there was Dorina, the perfect host who made sure that our stay in Tirana was a seamless and memorable experience!

Logement très satisfaisant pour dépanner le temps d’une ou quelques nuits. Il est parfaitement propre et équipé. Venant de France, la localisation peut parfois être difficile à afficher sur les applications GPS, mais Eni et son fils ont été très accueillants et réactifs pour m’aider à me repérer et m’accueillir. Bonne expérience dans les rues typiques de Tirana. Merci!

I typically resist stating “this is the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at”, as its pretty cliché to do so. But, when you combine the kindness and generosity of the host family, the amount of thought and care that has gone into the apartment and the amenities within (its five-star luxury inside), and the fact that it’s located in the castle itself with immaculate sweeping views from the common seating area, I was simply blown away! If its available, book it!

The room was great. Really clean and had a cozy, local vibe to it. The bathroom was modern and clean. The wifi connection was good and there is a private parking nearby. The location is pretty good with great restaurants nearby and the city center in a walking distance.

Amel is a very great host. Had a party in there and it was amazing. Amel was very helpful and friendly, he was accommodating. Really loved our stay .

très joli appartement, propre et soigné. seul bémol le bruit des chiens durant la nuit et l isolation un peu légère entre les logements, ce qui fait que l on entend vraiment bien les voisins.

Penthouse in Berat.

Das Penthaus ist eine wunderschöne Wohnung mit riesiger Dachterrasse, von der man einen wunderschönen Blick über Berat und das Schloss hat. Zu Fuß 15 Minuten in die Altstadt. Ein Supermarkt ist gleich um die Ecke und wir haben es sehr genossen, auf der Dachterrasse zu frühstücken. Die Betten fanden wir bequem ( mittlerer Härtegrad ). Den Verkehr hört man auf der Dachterrasse nur ganz leise. Die Kommunikation verlief super, alles war perfekt. Leider haben wir nur eine Nacht gebucht. In Berat kann man durchaus auch länger bleiben. Beim nächsten Mal buchen wir wieder diese außergewöhnlich schöne Unterkunft. Man darf sich nicht durch die umliegenden Gebäude abschrecken lassen. Ist man erst in den 8. Stock hinaufgefahren, ist die Wohnung und der Ausblick umwerfend. Diese Wohnung ist ein Beispiel dafür, dass es auf die inneren Werte ankommt.
