Charm and cosy apartment with free parking

This is a well presented and bright apartment located in a peaceful suburb of Novi Sad. It is comfortable for up to 4 people. Available 200 mbps high speed optical Internet, modem is present in property. The apartment comprises of one bedroom with 160x 200 cm bed, an open plan kitchen and living room with sofa bed for 2 and a bathroom. Couples, good friends or families with babies are welcome. There is a garden to relax during sunny days. ************************************ Welcome to Sremski Karlovci! Sremski Karlovci, the "Baroque City" on the slopes of mount Fruska Gora and the right bank of the Danube is one of the most important spiritual and cultural centers of Serbia. The town of Sremski Karlovci is 7 km away from Novi Sad and 10 minutes drive to Petrovaradin (Exit gates). It is well-known for good world wide famous wines with a 17 century long tradition, and also for a national drink of Rakija. The most famous wine "Bermet" from Fruška gora stood on the wine-list of Titanic. The bottles were found during the exploration of the ship wreck. Every last weekend in September or first weekend in October a grape manifestation is held in Sremski Karlovci, it is a must. This lovely cozy and fully equipped apartment is located in the quiet and friendly neighborhood, within the walking distance from the city center. It is East-oriented so you can sit back at the balcony and enjoy morning Sun while planning your daily tours around this beautiful city. Apartment is on the 4th floor of a brand-new building. There is an elevator. Parking is free and available around the building. Private parking possible Apartment is available both for short and longer accomodations.

Fortress View - Best View in Town + Private Garage

Best view in town... Breathtaking view of old fortress across the river. Newly decorated 63 square meters luxury modern apartment plus a 23 square meters terrace. City center is within walking distance. Fortress is a 10 minutes walk across the bridge. River with jogging track is across the street. Close to the city center, parks, art and culture, and public transport. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Free private garage available.

APARTMENT UNDER THE CLOCK

A modern studio apartment is under the walls of the Petrovaradin fortress where the EXIT festival is held. Just 50 meters to the Danube river. Very easy to walk to all the sightseeing spots in the city center. Only 20 meters of the apartment street are stairs that climb to the Petrovaradin Fortress. From the fortress you can enjoy the beautiful panorama of Novi Sad, visit many art workshops and refresh yourself in the restaurant and cafe on the terrace. Promenade by the Danube.

Cozy apartment for short term rent.

This studio apartment is located in the backyard of our family home. There is a full kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and shower plus a double bed and small couch. Located on a quiet street in the village, the apartment offers privacy. Several stores, restaurants, bakeries , the bank, and the post office are all within about 500 meters. The city of Novi Sad is 15 min away by car or 20 min via public transport. The bus stop is also with 500 meters.

MAXIM apartment -Center- Old town

The apartment is located in the part of the city called Old Town, 600m from the city center. Just 7 minutes away from monuments that are located in the heart of the city, and just a few steps from the biggest shopping center "Promenada", and the biggest sport center "Spens". The neighborhood is very calm and peaceful. All the main events in the city are just a few moments away from the apartment. Unfortunately there is no elevator. WELCOME

Brauhaus Danube Cottage

This a unique experience in Novi Sad. You will be located in green oasis on the Danube backwater, surrounded by nature and again, 15 minutes away from city center. The cottage has been decorated by artist, and it has everything you need for long or short stay. There is a good fish restaurant 2 minutes away by foot, but you can also fish by your self and prepare the fish on the patio grill.
