This stylish, charming cottage is completely unique, with the old Redcastle ruin as a backdrop & views of the Beauly Firth. An idyllic stream runs through the garden, and the cottage features a wood-fired hot tub for relaxing evenings. Often compared to the famous cottage from the film The Holiday, it’s the perfect Highland retreat. Located in the sleepy hamlet of Milton of Redcastle, just 20 mins from Inverness Airport, it’s ideal for unwinding after exploring the coast, castles & countryside.

Riverside Cabin with large garden

Riverside Cabin is cosy, spacious and is perfectly sitauated in its own beautifully planted garden with outdoor seating. There is one double bed, a large bathroom with electric shower, a kitchenette with microwave, mini fridge, toaster, single hob and kettle. There is WiFi avaliable in the cabin. The range is short and you will likely only get WiFi in the bedroom. There's a smart TV in the bedroom which is able to use the WiFi, and the TV in the living area will need to be used for DVDs only.

Bedstee is a remote, sheltered haven on our croft in a beautiful setting overlooking Little Loch Broom. Situated at the end of an 8 mile single track road off the NC500, it's perfect to explore the Highlands. Adventure, stunning views, silence and the elements, our cosy, romantic Bedstee has an intimate and nostalgic rustic feel. Created with love and attention to detail, we wish that you will experience a unique stay in a wonderful little crofting township. Dogs on leads are very welcome.

"The Wee House" Cosy studio with a double bed, shower room, kitchen/ lounge . It also has your own outdoor seating area. Set in a beautiful Glen, within walking distance of local amenities: including cafes and local shop . Local hotels also serve food in the evenings if you don't feel like cooking. The quite scenic side of Loch but half way between Inverness and Fort Augustus, so lots to see and do. Visit the Falls of Foyers and access the South Loch Ness Trail. Own transport advisable.

Hidden Gem, delightful log Cabin near NC500

Relax and enjoy the scenery and wildlife at this unique location, secluded amongst scots pine and birch trees with stunning views, close to the NC 500 and also right on the door step of a Corbet and a Munro for hill walking. There is a beautiful walk around the river blackwater just minutes from the cabin with falls and old bridges. Foulis Castle Gate Lodge

Foulis Gate Lodge is a Highland cottage on the Gates of an historic, private, Highland estate with its own drive. The secluded location offers direct access to extensive gardens. The nearest amenities are 2miles in Evanton or 5miles to the ancient Burgh of Dingwall. Foulis Castle is a 15 min walk away from the Storehouse Restaurant & Farm shop, which is situated on the shore/beach of the Cromarty Firth (Mon-Sat 9-5pm). My place is good for NC500 travellers, couples, and business travellers.
