Quaint fisherman’s cottage, the closest house to the beach on Beach Road! Newly renovated throughout and close to bars, restaurants, theatre, amusement arcades, Gorleston High St (>1 mile), Great Yarmouth (4 miles) and Norwich (20 miles). As is traditional in these cottages the stairs are steep and not suitable for people with mobility issues. 50 paces from the Pier Hotel featured in the film Yesterday and in the heart of Banksy’s Spraycation public gallery around coastal Norfolk and Suffolk!

Gorleston has a long sandy beach with a children's splash pad in the summer and boat pond. Excellent walks for dogs. Lighthouse View is 5 mins walk from this beach. Lots of nearby pubs, restaurants, softplay and a fairground. The house sleeps 11 plus 2 babies (I supply 2 travel cots and 2 high chairs). Stair gates also supplied. The house has 5 large bedrooms, kitchen, sitting room/dining room, garden and hot tub. Parking for 2 cars at the back of the house. Free parking in the streets around

Waterside Retreat on Oulton Broad -Suffolk.

The Boathouse is a single story building in a contemporary design, close to the main house with a shared garden going down to the waterside of Oulton Broad. Oulton Broad, has a variety of places to eat, a museum in the park and boat trips. Carlton Marshes is a stunning nature reserve and cafe. Lowestoft has a sandy beach with several cafes on the promenade. Southwold is a picturesque coastal town, a 25 minute drive away and Beccles, a beautiful market town on the banks of the river Waveney.

Mediaeval South East Tower.

The Mediaeval South East Tower of Great Yarmouth's Town Wall sits over 5 floors, bathroom on the basement floor and kitchen on the top floor, it has two bedrooms, one double, one twin, there are also two sofa beds. It is situated in the King Street conservation area and is also within 2 minute walking distance of Gt Yarmouth's Golden Mile. The Tower is furnished in an eclectic manner. The cost is £150 per night for up to 4 guests with a maximum of 6 guests.

The Folly

Join us at The Folly your cosy woodland retreat, complete with log burner and central heating. There's plenty to see and do with access on foot to the local woodland and beach walks. Pleasurewood Hills is also only a short walk away. Keep an eye out when you boil the kettle you just might see a wild Muntjac deer pass by....or hear the hoot of an Owl as you fall asleep. Please note that during the season, you can hear Pleasurewood Hills between 9am to 5pm.
