'Unexpected Cottage', a Fenland rural retreat

Detached large yet cosy 2 bedroom house in a hamlet in North Cambridgeshire, bordering Norfolk & Lincolnshire. 1 double bed & 2 single beds. Lounge, dining room & compact yet functional kitchen. 1 downstairs bathroom (towels NOT provided). This is an old farm cottage, and as such is quirky & a bit wonky! Secluded rear garden has a barbecue & outdoor furniture, but paths are quite uneven. Between Wisbech, the Capital of the Fens & March. 40 miles to the coast.

Tesco Extra is 1.5 miles. Wisbech town centre 3 miles. Begdale road is on national cycle route 63. Peterborough, Kings Lynn, and the Norfolk coast are within easy reach by car.

The Good Place, Spalding

The good place is in the centre of town making it easy to explore Spalding . We are a five minute walk from the train station. Our beautiful house contains interesting history and still has a lot of original features. It’s a great place for a relaxing weekend away or as a base to explore the local area. We are half hour away from Stamford , Peterborough and only an hour away from Norfolk . London is accessible in an hour and half by train.
