It is equipped with a super king sized bed and extra sofa bed. Come and enjoy the countryside with the wildlife on your doorstep as well as the huge range of activities available nearby. Welcome to our self-contained hilltop studio surrounded by fields and panoramic views over the Northumbrian coast. A place to unwind and reconnect with nature. Located within walking distance of a remote outstretched beach and just a few miles from the coastal village of Alnmouth and historical village of Warkworth. Alnmouth train station is only a 5 minute drive. From here you can travel directly to Edinburgh in 1 hour. The studio features an open plan sleeping/ living area with a kitchen.

The studio flat is a cosy, fully equipped ground floor flat in the heart of the picturesque town of Melrose. Completely refurbished this year, it has been upgraded to a high standard ready for guests to enjoy. It has a bathroom with a standup shower, king size bed and an open plan seating area/kitchen. Equipped with Wifi, a wireless phone charger and a Smart TV, the flat is a perfect spot to enjoy Melrose even on a rainy day. We are also dog friendly, so enjoy the hills with your fur pals!

The Nest- Cosy cottage in Melrose. Dog friendly.

The Nest is a charming fully equipped cottage in the heart of the picturesque town of Melrose. The town is home to the Melrose Rugby Sevens & the Borders Book Festival & boasts many restaurants, cafes & independent shops. St. Cuthbert’s Way, Melrose Abbey & the Eildon Hills are a short walk away. The open plan lounge/kitchen is well-equipped while the ensuite bedroom is cosy with a bright bathroom with bath/shower. There is also a small private courtyard garden at the rear of the cottage.

Shiell cottage is situated on a working farm in the heart of the Scottish Borders close to the picturesque towns of Kelso and Melrose yet less than an hours drive from Edinburgh and the beautiful Northumberland/ Berwickshire coastline. An ideal base from which to explore the many historic and scenic attractions found in this part of Scotland. The cottage is spacious,modern, fully equipped and decorated to a high standard. The Black Triangle Cabin

The Black Triangle Cabin is a peaceful getaway situated on our property just outside of Jedburgh, a historic town in the heart of the Scottish Borders. The Cabin sleeps 2 people in a king size bed, with a separate living/kitchen space boasting views through the woods and across the fields. If you keep an eye out, you may see the deer that pass through regularly, or even hear our resident owl. Ideally located only an hour from Edinburgh, Newcastle and the St Abbs coastline.

The Bothy at Dod Mill is a studio-style barn conversion for 1-4 guests, near the Royal Burgh of Lauder in the Scottish Borders. The property has been interior-designed with modern, rustic styling. The Bothy has its own walled-garden area with views to rivers, woodland, an orchard and rare-breed sheep. Bread Oven Cottage - a cosy slice of history

Characterful self-contained accommodation offering up to two bedrooms and two shower rooms in a pretty 17th century cottage. VisitScotland 4star graded. Master bedroom featuring a superking double bed (can also be a twin) and en-suite shower room. Second bedroom with a king size double bed and private shower room. You will also have your own comfortable lounge with wood burning stove and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer and laundry facilities.

Beautiful Flat with Snooker Room and Jacuzzi Bath

My place, close to transport links, is a perfect base for country or city. The flat, originally a 1920’s bungalow, is in the downstairs part of the house separated by a locked door and we live in the upstairs part of the house. We’re in the heart of the historic Scottish Borders with beautiful Edinburgh only 50 minutes away by train. Why not relax with a glass of wine in the private garden, jacuzzi bath or snooker room or curl up on the window seat with a good book.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Double bedroom converted outbuilding located in the peaceful village of Birgham, and also close to the historic towns of Kelso and Coldstream. A short trip to all the other border towns and local transport links (Berwick upon Tweed and Tweedbank) A new converted building with all the needs for a short stay to explorer the local area and further a field. Ideally located to access local walks and the river Tweed.

Stichill Stables Self Catering

We are within half an hour's drive from the beach and railway stations. You’ll love Stichill Stables because of the views and the peaceful location. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers who have their car. We can also accommodate a child / third person if required. We are in a fairly rural location, the nearest shops, bars and restaurants being approximately four miles away in the town of Kelso in the Scottish Borders.
