Charming apartment in Bellagio, just a step from the centre. From the principal balcony you have a stunning view of the lake and of the famous Villa Serbelloni. The apartment is on two floors: on the first one there is the living room, a bathroom, the kitchen and also a chimney; on the second one there is a bathroom and a big bedroom with a double bed and two single ones. The perfect location to relax and drink some wine admiring the peace of the lake. You will never want to leave this place.

Das 1866 erbaute Rustico wurde 2021 vollständig renoviert und liegt auf dem Berg Arnau, oberhalb des Dorfes Giumaglio, auf 1000 m Höhe. Die Hütte ist nur zu Fuß erreichbar und erfordert eine zweistündige Wanderung bergauf. Sie bietet alles für einen gemütlichen und erholsamen Aufenthalt. Wir freuen uns auf Ihren Besuch. Die Ferienwohnungen sind in Gordevio, eingangs des Maggiatals gelegen. Malerisch und ruhig eingebettet gleich neben dem idyllischen kleinen Fluss Briee und unterhalb des Spiel und Sportplatzes von Gordevio liegt das 1969 im Tessinerstil erbaute Anwesen, das 2018 total modernisiert und neu möbliert worden ist. Es freut uns, die bisher hauptsächlich privat genutzte Ferienwohnung, studio smeraldo mit 3 Zimmern und fast 70 m2 Wohnfläche, nun frei vermieten zu können.
