Meraviglioso rustico duplex, incastonato nel nucleo di Avegno, offre pace e silenzio. All'interno c'è un piccolo angolo salotto pranzo con camino e pigna e una cucina nuova; salendo le scale si accede alle due camere, una matrimoniale da mille e una notte e una trasformabile da letto singolo a letto matrimoniale ed un comodo bagno von vasca. All'esterno vi sono molti spazi per leggere o mangiare, una stupenda terrazza con chaise longue, un patio con tavolo e sedie ed un giardinetto con poltrone.

Privates Feriendörfchen mit Aussicht, 2 Rustici

Ihr eigenes, kleines Feriendörfchen, ein Steinwurf von Lavertezzo und der schönen Verzasca entfernt. Das Dorf besteht aus 2 typischen, 300 Jahre alten Rustici mit authentischen Granit Dächern. Ideal für einen Urlaub mit einer kleinen Gruppe von Freunden oder Familie, insgesamt stehen 12 Schlafplätze zur Verfügung. Die Rustici liegen ruhig, dennoch ist die Verzasca nur wenige Schritte entfernt und lädt zu einem kühlenden Bad ein. Bushaltestelle & 2 Parkplätze sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Minimo un adulto di 27 anni. Ci sono 3 case (totale 15/17 letti.)in gennaio la temperatura in casa è di max 16 gradi Lenzuola e asciugamani 25.-chfr per persona. prenotazioni inferiori ad una settimana sono accettate solo nel mese precedente alla data della vacanza. Casa Valeggia is located in a quiet residential area. The house has many windows and sun in charming position above the village of Maggia overlooking the waterfall of the Valle del Salto, nestled in a tropical garden, fully fenced and with a small swimming pool. Close to the house there is the possibility to swim in the river or at the waterfall. Recommended for people seeking tranquility, hikers and in search for privacy and contact with nature. Breath the fresh air from the valley.

Casa Cincilla über dem Lago Maggiore

Meine Ferienwohnung gehört zu Ronco und hat eine grandiose Aussicht über den Lago Maggiore. Entfernung bis zum Dorf Ronco: 10 Min zu Fuss. Die Bushaltestelle "Cimitero" (Friedhof) ist 50 m vom Eingang entfernt. Ronco (353 m ü.M.) hat 700 Einwohner und 4 Restaurants. Entfernung nach Ascona: 15 Min mit dem Auto. Die Ferienwohnung wurde 2016 fertig gestellt. Sie ist klein (28 qm) aber fein (durchweg neue hochwertige Ausstattung). Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung.

La casa si trova nel nucleo storico, in zona soleggiata, l'appartamento è al primo piano e dispone di una terrazza con vista sul paese. Il parcheggio è gratuito, la stazione ferroviaria si trova a 3 minuti a piedi. Nelle vicinanze vi sono servizi quali, negozi di alimentari, panetteria, ristoranti e grotti, parrucchiere e farmacia.

Beautifully renovated studio in an old-town house from the 18th century. It is tastefully equipped with everything you need. The apartment is located 50 steps from the world famous Piazza Grande in the historic centre of Locarno. Everything is close by, however, due to its location, the studio is very quiet.

Unser kleines, authentische Rustico liegt zwischen den Dörfern Contra und Mergoscia (ca. jeweils 30-40 Min. zu Fuss entfernt) im Weiler Fressino. Es eignet sich gut für 2 Personen (plus max. 2 Kleinkinder) und ist ideal für Naturfreunde und Wanderer. Einige Wanderwege beginnen direkt vor der Haustüre.
