Loft has a pullout sofa bed for extra sleeping quarters. A fully outfitted kitchen, washer/dryer and private free parking out front. A back screened porch with private wooded area. Master down (pineapple room) features a queen bed Upstairs bedroom (bird room) has a queen bed Upstairs bedroom (Shell Room) has King bed and TV Upstairs loft has a small pull out sofa -CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS 1. Please place all trash into the bin in the garage. 2. Please start the dishwasher with any remaining dirty dishes. 3. Please leave the key back in the lockbox. Super easy access and check in process. Whatever interaction is wanted or needed. The house is set near Daniel Island near MUSC Health Stadium and the Volvo Tennis Center, Shipyard ballpark. Located across the street from a community pool. Restaurants, cafes, and shops in town are a short drive away. You'll need to have a car. Uber or Lyft access as well. Master bedroom downstairs has queen bed with a walk in shower. Upstairs has two bedrooms and a loft. A king, queen and pull out sofa in loft.
