Metro à 2 minutes ( Goncourt ligne 11) . Deux chambres, dont une avec un lit 160x200 et une deuxième chambre avec un lit 80x200'. La salle de bain est lumineuse et est composée d'une baignoire et lavabo.

You can grab a great coffee or snack and head out to your day! With a metro right at your front door, it’s easy to get around. We hope you enjoy your stay.

Design apartment (my home !) recently refurbished located in Goncourt neighbourhood only a few streets away from Canal St-Martin and from Le Marais. You'll be delighted to discover this groovy neighboorhood and the rest of Paris (easily accessible from here) and then relax on the sofa enjoying a patisserie from one of the boulangeries or bakeries downstairs (Yann Couvreur is just round the corner). *! The apartment is on the ground floor making it easy access, it still has great daylight all day due to it's many windows. Great for couples, families or groups of friends. Not good for events or parties.
