Pleasant basement room with a comfortable single bed , two good armchairs for lounging and reading , and a small desk for working, book case and room for clothes. Kitchenette with cooking facilities, refrigerator, microoven, toaster and electric kettle. - washing machine/drier, that you may use ONLY upon request :) I speak fluent English/French. Small, bright apartment with its own terrace and small garden. Good closet space, large bathroom with shower and a good functional kitchen with oven. It is worn and older, but it is clean and cozy. There are 2 minutes to shopping, playground, McDonalds and the bus, which takes you to Nørreport station in 25 minutes. The train station 1.5 km from the apartment. In the immediate area there are also cafes and other shops. The property has many green common areas and a large free parking lot.
