Our guests enjoy privacy of our bunkhouse. Living rm/shower/toilet and lav are downstairs. One twin bed and a futon in 'standing room' loft. Queen bed in private bedroom. WIFY and Roku/Hulu. Breakfast fixings: coffee, tea, cereal bars, instant oatmeal, waffle/muffin mix. Microwave, toaster oven, ele. hot plate for cooking. Dorm size refrig/freezer. Several great local restaurants. 4 museums. Pet friendly! $10 for each additional adult, after 2. Approx 6 miles from Cuero and 25 from Victoria.

Our 2 story Cottage is located on a beautiful lot in a quiet wooded neighborhood about 12 min from downtown Victoria & only 5 min from Coleto lake & Raisin L Ranch. It's situated at the end of a cul de sac, next to a wooded area home to lots of wildlife. Our Farmhouse inspired, 3bd/2ba home is so cozy & comfy with a fully stocked kitchen, large entertainment room & full laundry. The backyard has a BBQ pit and a Firepit. Wi-Fi available. The cottage is lovely, but the wildlife is truly amazing!

Welcome to our 1905 home in downtown Victoria. Enjoy a king master bedroom and two queen bedrooms, all with very comfortable mattresses. The Proctor-Green House is a distinctive late-Victorian home, built in 1892 and beautifully restored in 2013. The three-bedroom, 2.5 bath house retains its historical charm and contains all of the modern conveniences that will ensure that your visit will be comfortable. All bathrooms and the kitchen are equipped with modern facilities and appliances. There are three private rooms, each with one queen-sized bed. Two dining areas, a parlor, and beautiful grounds with mature oak trees.
