Cozy beach hideaway only 150 steps from the sand! This ground floor studio with a private patio is perfect for relaxing days of beach, pool, & condo time. It's a quick walk to local Linden Ave. restaurants/breweries, groceries/snackshacks & the crown jewel of Carpinteria State Beach. There is a Queen bed, living room with pull-out sofa, full kitchen, indoor dining nook, bathroom, & dining table in the patio. Cozy, clean, & easygoing.
